Worst Wawa in Jacksonville. Service is completely nonexistent. Staff is slow and incompetent. Food ordered is wrong, and wait times are ridiculous. Will never come back to this location again.

Some of the staff that I’ve come across need to be trained on customer service and hospitality… there was a member in the food area that was a manager named Chris that was rude and another employee on another night that didn’t really want to be there, I won’t give his name because of his age but it’s 1:40 why aren’t u happy with your job, who’s bothering u

Usually a good experience here. Sometimes a long wait for food even if you’ve ordered ahead on the app. Sometimes a DoorDash order from here would be ideal in the moment but for some completely nonsensical reason you can’t order a fountain drink on DoorDash (please add that if you see this)

I used to go into the store every single day and I would spend $50 a day on gas and cigarettes I have a small cooler that I put a few cans sodas in the only hold about two and a half cup full of ice after the sodas so it doesn't make any sense to buy a bag because I would end up throwing it away most of it I've asked before if I can get a couple of cups of ice it was told no problem today some cockroach manager said I was stealing charged me $2.00 for ice what a jerk the way he treated me wanted to look inside my cooler call me a liar when I told him I only got 2 cups of ice I will never ever shop at Wawa ever again any other store will give you a couple of cups of ice if you don't use their cup it's just greed

I had an outstanding experience thanks to TG Nayjah! Their customer service was truly top-notch—professional, friendly, and patient every step of the way. They went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and even got me signed up for WaWa Rewards quickly and easily. I really appreciated how they took the time to walk me through the process with a positive attitude and genuine care. It’s rare to come across someone who makes you feel valued as a customer, but TG Nayjah absolutely did. Thanks to them, I’m now set up to enjoy all the perks and rewards WaWa has to offer. Highly recommend their service!

Order food from here and received the complete wrong items even after putting in the notes for the driver to check. There's no way you pick 3 of the same wrong item. Then no help when you call up there.

This place cannot make up their mind. I went in and got a cup of water and asked if I had to pay for a cup of water and they said yes because of the ice so I paid 50 cents and then I came in the very next day and got the same cashier and had the same thing and didn’t get charged. I come in a week later and get the same thing and the cashier Dylan tried charging me $3 for a cup of water. This place has absolutely gone down hill. I’m not paying $3 for a cup of water out of a coke machine. Yall need to have better training, is it free, is it 50 cents, or is it $3??? Absolutely insane management here.

I’m coming more frequently to this Wawa location because Greg treats me very well, he is a good employee, he gives good service to his customers. He is very agreeable and kind. Thank you for having a wonderful employee like Gregory. He made my day!

Walking up to the register, a worker was asked if she was jumping on and said “unfortunately” I’m happy it’s a self check out in here, wouldn’t want to go to anyone who didn’t want to service me.
