I picked up some Italian Pinwheels from the pre-made deli on Monday, 12/02 for lunch. They're my fav quick meal for years & never do me wrong at any Wawa I go to! I always check the exp. date & they were all the next day, no big deal. Except when I ate it. Almost immediately - a couple hours later - I knew something wasn't right & ended up getting violently sick at work. I tried to call the store multiple times but it was like someone would pick up the phone & put it back down. It would ring once, or a couple times, pick up, then hang up. All I wanted to do was let them know they needed to throw out that whole batch of Italian Pinwheels!!! Or the whole section!! I knew something tasted different but thought it was a new sauce they were using!!!! I wasn't going back to the store to get sick on their counter, that's what the phone is for! It's now Thursday, 12/05 & I'm having to go to a doctor bc I've been out of work since Tuesday with what I'm assuming is a nasty case of food poisoning from this Wawa. I have tried during different times every day since then to call, & that same phone situation happens every time. AVOID THE PRE-MADE DELI SECTION & maybe your employees answer the phone AT LEAST ONCE to avoid a food-borne illness breakout.

Pumpkin Latte was half syrup :/. I couldn't drink it as it was more like a milkshake than coffee. I didn't have time to ask for a remake. I feel beverage needs a refresher on portion sizes of ingredients.

Liv can make one great sandwich!! Only reason for 4 stars is because Wawa is a bit over priced.

The reason I gave these ratings is because the service here for the fresh food is TERRIBLE. Every single person that is behind the fresh/service counters does not care about the customers. They never smile, do not greet you, and actually act like the customer is interrupting them if you try to ask a question. I once waited 40 minutes during a non-rush time to pickup one sub that I ordered. I could have gotten the ingredients at the grocery store and made it myself faster.
I DoorDash for extra money and if this Wawa pops up as an order I won’t accept it. Ever. I have never waited less than 25 minutes to pick someone’s food up. I arrive when the app tells me to arrive, not early, and I still have to wait forever. It’s CRAZY. Doesn’t matter if there are no other customers waiting. Service is the worst.
On the flip side most of the cashiers at the counters are actually really nice, friendly, and helpful.
Someone at WAWA corporate needs to get this store under control.

Order food on Uber eats never got my drank n never got a refund this has happened one two many times! Ur manager needs to get on u about checking the order twice before handing it out! Double check ur stuff ppl pay good money for there for can I please get what I pay for since there’s no refunds

I have been coming to wawa since I was a kid. This is the slowest ever. I ordered at 11:03 and received it at 11:18.

You guys need to handle the amount of pan handlers sitting outside it's ridiculous. Getting hounded by 1-3 different people every time I leave the store. And they don't take no for an answer it's extremely annoying. There needs to be a cop outside this store nightly. Very dissatisfied with my last few runs over here. One even held my door open to my car as a gun owner I do not like being in situations where people will not walk away if I don't do what they want. I should be able to go here buy what I want and leave without feeling pressured by anyone. I hope this store will work on this

The customer service was great as always but today I was having a bad day and was in a rush but like always Ms.Daizha smiled, greeted me and made my day with that amazing smoothie. Every time I come there she is always cheerful and kind to customers. But Wawa I love you guys food is always good and your gas is cheap!

It took almost 30 minutes for me to get my pizza and when I said something to the manager he told me he was making drinks so he can come over there and help his employee out to me that's just crazy because if you're a manager you supposed to help your employees if they're behind but the manager didn't care to help the employees so the employees was moving so slow that I act for a refund because I didn't want to keep waiting

Great gas prices, free air, hot freshly made subs, all kinds of drinks and good coffee. Rewards programs last but not least friendly staff. ❤️
