I bought two selections of made to order food from deli, a protein bar and an energy drink. I then asked for a cup for ice for my energy drink and they told me I had to purchase a fountain drink that I didn’t want just to get a cup for my ice. Why should people who follow the rules have to be punished because they can’t regulate their drink area. To have to purchase a drink for ice for drink I already purchased they are the only Wawa I’ve been to that does this such a scam! Nearly $30.00 and I can’t get a cup of ice to put my energy drink in.

This store hides their drink cups behind the register treating Normal patrons like they are crooks just because you have some bad apples doesn’t mean you treat everybody the same.If They got a problem with somebody taking cups or free drinks from the soda fountain then they need to move the soda fountain where it can be seen!!! But to tell a paying customers that to get a free ice cup they have to pay for it that every store gives its customers is in my book a double stander and treating you like a thief. I as a long standing WAWA customer will never step into this store location again!!!!🙁😖😣😡 shame on them!!!!!

The food is fine and all but the customer service was awful. Waiting for my food for 20 minutes and I finally ask if my number has been made, and the first thing the guy says to me is “oh we been calling that out!” Buddy, no you haven’t. I was literally standing in front of them the entire time and they did not call out a SINGLE number. Instead i’m seeing food piling up and other people getting impatient and asking for their food. You can’t be rude AND lie to a customer. Just disrespectful, and a waste of my time.

I had to wait almost 30 minutes from my order and the lady that was making my order had a bad ass attitude and threw my drinks at me so the fact that they waste and I had to have some remake them because she had attitude because she had to do her job to me this is not right and this is not professional she needs to be fired

Today I walked in Wawa and this girl with glasses who was getting trained at the register I guess she was new and she gave me straight attitude bobbing her head at me cause I was looking at her and she was rolling her eyes just bad attitude in general it was a horrible feeling being from California and coming to Jax Florida to be treated this way is insane she needs to be fired just as fast as she got hired

Don't not use the air pump literally took all the air out my tire I had to wait for a tow for 30mins to get air put back in my tire.
I called spoke with someone and a manager was supposed to come and assist me manager never came and was stuck right in front of the store what a headache.
