I would give zero stars if I could I have money in my account. I try to spend it and they decide randomly to lock me out. I call to correct the situation and have to spend 40 minutes on the phone just to get them to clear the use of MY MONEY. This is for "my security" except they make me answer 25 questions, for crying out loud even the first question could never have been answered by a thief. Then to top it off, when I get angry about it, they just put me on hold for several more minutes as punishment.

I dread coming to this bank every month to pay my rent. The wait is always SUPER long because they only have two tellers working at any given time for some reason. And also their drive thru windows are all inactive, even though they have a drive thru. Get it together Wells Fargo.
