Yvonne Williams provided a subpar service again. She is rude, not helpful with questions. I feel like shes acting as shes doing me a favor when she's suppose to be providing a service to bank customers. A negative attitude for sure. Im really uncomfortable to come back to this branch and encounter unpleasant employees like her again. Ameris Bank is better but not as convenient with ATM availability everywhere you go.

It doesn't matter WHAT BRANCH you go to,Wells Fargo is going to suck. Understaffed, 2 tellers working on a Friday evening in December. Ridiculousness

Waited 35 minutes to make a payment. Only one lady working as hard as she could and was very polite and professional. The manager sitting at her desk or just walking around making small talk with one of the customers, who was standing in line of eight customers. Four employees there - one on lunch break. The manage should've gone behind and helped alleviate the increasing upset customers, who had to get back to work.

They don't even deserve the one star I had to give to give this review. I walked into the bank after 3 pm to cash a check. I walked in and saw a short, round lady. Her wig was shifted to the side so I thought to myself that meant she had been working hard for her customers ? I asked her if I had to stand in line or could I speak to someone about opening an account. She looked at her phone and told me "she doesn't make new accounts after 3 pm" I was confused because the bank was still open and functioning so why wouldn't you assist a customer possibly a new customer at that. She then told me again (while looking at her phone ) that she wasn't going to do it. At that point the branch manager had the nerve to stand up ( while a customer was at her desk) to tell me she was the branch manager and that I couldn't cash my check with them today but if I wanted to set an appointment to cash it I could go online and do it??♀️ At that moment the only appointment I wanted to make was THEIR hair appointment. The branch manager should have handled that differently but she clearly wanted to get off work to eat more branches with cheese wiz and me and the check were the hold up. I left there and went to my bank and will wait for it to clear. I just thought I would take it to whom issued it so there would be no issues but I guess I was wrong ??♀️

If the bank opens at 9am why isnr the drive thru open? On a cold day, who wants to get out and go inside? And also the drive thru lines are always backed up, slow service

Took a problem with online banking to this branch and met Yvonne. She gives the customer well over 100% service. My online banking problems were resolved after she contacted the right people. It was a challenge even for her but, she persisted.

This is literally the worst ATM (consistently awful!!) I’ve ever had to deal with in the history of ATMs. And what’s worse is that it is a new ATM, and it’s a big chain bank. The majority of the time you go to this drive-up ATM, it’s out of service. If you get lucky and it IS in service, it’s not able to accept deposits (which is weird? This is a bank?) If it’s not accepting deposits, you have to go to one of the two walk up ATMs. Neither one of them are covered, so in the event of a thunderstorm or hurricane, like now, the ATM is as usual not accepting deposits so you have to get out and get soaking wet getting rained on just to deposit some money. It’s insane. This is 2022. Do better Wells Fargo.
