You lost a 10-year customer over a $3 bullshit charge for a paper check. I guess Wells Fargo has so many lawsuits that they're trying to squeeze every penny that they can out of their customers.

Why does the specific location always take so long for the simplest things? I dread having to use this location. It's not just once or twice. Every. Single . Time.
It feels like they are permanently understaffed, as well as the tellers being completely inept at basic level banking.

If you are on a persons account and they pass then do not expect to be able to close the account. They seem to just keep the money and tell you to get forms that are not permissible in Florida. It's a great way for them to profit from your love ones passing..... Thanks for making a hard time even worse after my fathers passing.

Company policy not reflected at this location, they make their own rules . Unfortunately my Spanish is not as good as it used to be so it’s very easy for the teller, floor manager and person at help desk to talk about you right in front of you simultaneously! I’m just trying to make a deposit and leave and it’s never easy!
