Mrs. Jolly went out of her way, to assist my elderly Mother handle her financial business. My Mom & I were very grateful for her excellent support. This was what I remember, how Banks use to be. Seriously, if I could give 0 I would.. Second week in a row they've taken money or put money in the wrong account even though I've stated where it's supposed to go. They don't acknowledge black customers no where near as fast as they acknowledge white customers. Each time I've come here, there's been an issue for a simple withdraw and deposit..

This is the slowest drive in bank ever!! Hardly ever more than one bank teller. Waited in line 1 hour!!! Ridiculous!!!

Worst bank ever. Especially with this virus. Door signs say 5pm get there and they actually close at “four”. No updates sent out on hours and the ONLY way I can get my funds is through the teller. I work 10-7 So I LITERALLY have no time to get my money out. A headache I don’t need right now AT ALL.

I'm here waiting for a customer of mine to get a mortgage check endorsement their roof work and everyone has been super positive and amazing. I would bank here but its far from my house. These ladies deserve a round of applause.
