I went to this bank and i met this guy they call Marcos Filipe Santos he’s from ?? i was trying to open a business savings account he was helping open the account and he makes me spend all my time talking and finally telling me that he couldn’t open the account. He couldn’t even tell me the problem he told me they will send me a letter through my mailing address. This is ridiculous you work there and you can’t even tell me the reason i couldn’t open the account. I went to the Bank of America across the street and they opened the savings for me not even 10 minutes. I don’t recommend wells Fargo West Normandy to anyone bank of America across the street is better service.

The ATM at the Normandy branch was down for three days. Then I got there at 11.30 am only to see notes about them returning at 1.00pm. I wanted to deposit a fairly large check. I will open an account at a different bank tomorrow. Done with Wells Fargo.

I have never enjoyed going to the bank until now. Amanda Piunno actually made my day! just by being herself and being so sweet and funny. She made my experience here amazing and i actually can’t wait to come back!

It is the worst office, the ATM does not work regularly, I wasted 2 minutes, in the office there were only two people attending only the drive tru, I waited 16 minutes and they did not assist me, in the drive tru I waited 10 minutes to be attended, in total 28 minutes and I'm still here waiting.

Karis Gibson was an absolute delight. She was kind, understanding, and most of all, she had our best interests at heart. She made sure we had the exact plan we need at this time and made us able to change and adapt our plan in the future when needed. This amazing woman deserves a bonus or promotion, something for being such a great employee and for her award winning personality.

I brought my significant other last month and he doesn’t speak 100% English. Thankfully Ms.Carmen was there to speak Spanish for him so that he could understand everything! That was truly a blessing for us. Ms.Karis was also very helpful in the process and made sure we had everything we needed. She was on her way to lunch and still patiently waited until we were all set! That meant a lot to us. Ms.Janie/Jamie (I can’t read my writing) ? Thank you so much for your kindness and quick customer service when we walked in. You all were amazing and we can’t thank you guys enough!! I hope you guys get a prize for this!!! ???

If you go through the drive thru make sure to use commercial. 3 people went thru there to my 15 minutes of waiting in a regular line. Horrible customer service.

I went to the bank at 11:00am on a Saturday and because this lady name karis wanted to be lazy she found every excuse as to why she couldn’t open up a business account so I can pay my employees she didn’t open it up and allowed me to pay my employees on time.
