Good morning. If I could give 0 stars I would because today I had a very bad experience at that bank. I practically never go to the bank because I have little time, but today I had to go because I needed to withdraw cash and it turns out that Mrs. Briana, I think that's her name, was racist and several friends have already told me about Mrs. Briana's bad behavior. that lady. Always try to put obstacles in your way to make the problem you need to solve impossible. Apparently he doesn't know how to differentiate work from personal. Last time I deposited my check online but this time I went in person because I needed part of the money in cash and it turns out that she took it upon herself to tell me that my check had problems and they couldn't deposit that money, when I knew perfectly well that my check was correct because the previous time it had been and this time was no exception since after leaving the bank I tried the application and everything was a success. With this I want to let you know that my check was not bad, the treatment they gave me was bad. Anyway, something like this has never happened to me and I think Wells Fargo is not a place where you can feel comfortable and happy ?? (There was a lady of Puerto Rican origin who was very kind and helped me translate, she is left out of this comment?)

Not answering the phone is still bad customer service. Especially when you're standing right next to it while it's ringing.

I wouldn't give no stars but I had to just to post this. Please don't deal with Becky Nemier at argyle forest location. She gave me the wrong account numbers to account that was closed. I put in a complaint

For better or worse someone else's experience may vary.....Went to the branch on Argyle Forest and was asked to sit and wait until they found out if a banker was available to assist with a wire transfer (I couldn't complete online). After some time I was told no one would be able to assist because it would take over 30 minutes to complete and the schedule was booked for the rest of the day (it was 2pm). I had the routing, account and dollar amount for the transfer. At no time has it ever taken me 30 minutes for a simple wire transfer. I was also told not to bother coming back the next day (not in those exact words) because they were booked. I went to the Orange Park branch and even though no bankers were immediately available, the branch manager came out to help with the transfer. It actually took more time for me to pull out my ID and bank card than it did for him to complete the transfer. He entered the information, had me double check it and that was it. He printed out a copy of the transaction and I was on my way. Very pleased with the other branch and the branch on Argyle continues to prove how horrible they can be at times. They have only 1 ATM on site and the staff can leave much to be desired as other reviews have pointed to. Not every transaction is bad at this branch for me but it doesn't surprise me when it happens.

Shady bank practices incompetent management and staff. Profile clients and take advantage of elderly. I was employed their for 5 yrs stay away!

I have multiple accounts with Wells Fargo and this branch has been very helpful. The staff has always been friendly and they have provided other nonpaid services such as Notary services with good cheer. I appreciate their help and care for my needs.

Wells Fargo employers are always professional and friendly. However, drive through ATM almost never accepts deposits in my experience at this location over the past 5 years. Since that is my primary reason for visiting this location, I cannot rate this branch highly.

This doesn't even deserve a 1 Star! There is no place more professional than a bank institution!l, so they should act professional and treat the consumer professionally! Every time I come here, it's a long wait, if I have more than one deposit I can see on the tellers facial expression that they don't want to be bothered. I have yet to be treated with courtesy , so you might wanna take that off the wall in your bank! Because this bank on argyle is horrible! I made a deposit today of 4 deposits and the gentlemen's didn't say “thank you†or anything. But the individual in the lane next to me got a dismissal salutation. As a consumer that makes me feel unwanted and I won't put up with it any longer!
