MARSIDA KOSHO is the manager for this location. She did not want to work with us and we had to go to a different Wells Fargo branch to help us out in which they resolved our issue. She was very rude and kept lying about policies, making them up on the spot. We’ve been business customer with Wells Fargo for many years and have never had to deal with this much disrespect.

Ms. Kendah, is the best banker, i met her twice, she helped me in establishing my account, she was very precise yet explaining things in a simple language, i had a question so i contacted her through the email, she answered me immediately and she solved the problem. She is very professional and amazing

Today was my first time in this bank and we were treated so nicely even after 4 but we were waiting for 30 min earlier and the lady who helped me was so professional she explained very well.I highly recommend this place staff were helpful.

I came to the wells fargo location at town center, everyone there was so kind and welcoming. Yelena greated me as soon as I stepped in. Gabe help me set up my account and informed me everything that I needed to know. Very nice people!

Me and my wife were treated very kindly. My wife had an issue receiving direct deposit emails. The teller called her manager for help. She walked us through the process and was very helpful even though it was around closing time. Thank you very much!

One teller one! The other teller by the drive thru with no customers came to the counter just to tell me that someone will be with me shortly...really? Why not do the transaction with me? Terrible service. Waiting for almost 10 mins finally left. Get more staff in the front counter please!

It truly is exhausting having to share poor customer service experiences. I went into the branch today with two of my clients to have an insurance check endorsed. The slim Indian banker (I do not have her name) was extremely impatient and disrespectful while assisting us. I sat at a distance to allow my clients to govern the transaction as we normally do, they signaled for me to come over because the banker appeared to be having difficulty on the phone with the back office. In an attempt to provide this very aggressive lady some form of guidance, I explained that this once not the first time my clients and I visited Wells Fargo to have an insurance check endorsed, so the back office should have record of all of the outstanding questions she could not answer. Long story short she snapped at me, and with an obvious unprofessional attitude dismissed my help, even though she asked for it earlier when trying to identify specific information on my client's paperwork. I reported this incident to the branch manager and she mustered the little energy she had left ant the end of the day to quickly pacify and dismiss my claims against her employee. I have long been turned off from Wells Fargo, this experience further cements the deal.

I just had an amazing experience at this location. Great customer service and very friendly. The lady walked me through with patience and explained the service that I needed. She even helped me setting up my online card step by step. I am very pleased and happy that I stopped by this location.
