The lady that was working, the drive-through would not even look at me When she took my money, or handed me my food. So far that’s three Wendy’s I’ve been to around town where the customer service is absolutely horrible. I’m just going to stop eating at Wendy’s altogether!

Why would I pay $7 bucks for Wendys 5 for $5 deal. That's what this one charges. There are 2 more locations within 5 mins of this one. Greed by the owner of this location!!! Go to the other one on Bayneadows or even closer is the Southside location and both participate in the 5 for 5. If you look, the ownership doesn't care about any of the reviews, they never respond.

It's only one person I ever have a problem with at this location and she's never wearing a name tag. She is the white lady with the stars on her neck. My husband came in the drive thru with my kids and she didn't say a single word to him And made the other employee ask what he was waiting on. Just a small frosty. I'm surprised she was not fired for the way she spoke to me in the drive thru the last time. This is the second review I've done about her. I go there all the time in the morning and never have a problem with their service. Just her. The last time she said and I quote "customer service is not part of my job"

We ordered online via mobile app, when we arrived at Wendy’s we went inside to get a seat and pick up our food, I went to the counter and waited patiently for the kid at the front counter to finish up with another customer and when he acknowledged me I asked him politely if I could get our drinks while our food was still being prepared. He asked me is my order the big mobile order and I said yes and he also asked me how long ago I placed I said 5 minutes ago. He went and got the receipt and came back and said two minutes ago you will have to wait. Very rude and disrespectful. And then later on my wife went to ask him for a refill on our drink and he said no refills. Because of kids like that, that is why you see videos of people throwing stuff at employees.

if you get there after 11 these people are so lazy they can only make nuggets and fries.I’ve been here on 3 different nights and same result . You really need to pick it up cause McDonalds and what a burger are gonna close you

Horrible attitude from one of the workers tonight. This is how it went:Worker: welcome to Wendy's, go ahead with your order Me: hi I'd like to order one small chocolate frosty and one junior-We don't have smalls....what do you mean?We only have medium. I have a medium already made.Okay? Well I'd like to get a junior chocolate-We DONT HAVE junior or small! We only have medium!Well can I use my frosty tag on the mediums?NO! No you can't!Another worker steps in: ma'am pull around to the window please. I'll take care of it.They gave me two of the same size, not sure what size they are (assuming they're mediums). I have no idea what the issue was with the first employ but his behavior was completely out of line. You don't tell a customer that you've premade an item and can't cater to what they've asked for. I don't go to McDonald's, ask for a cheeseburger with no onion & get told "you have to have onions because I already made one with onions." The attitude from the one employee was completely uncalled for, he's lucky his coworker stepped in to stop him before he said something worse at the window. This is the closest Wendy's to my home, but after tonight I think I'm gonna avoid it at all costs. It's not worth this kind of hassle. I'll drive 10 mins away to get the frosty I want before I deal with an attitude like that again.

Kids working at this location like to prank customers and tell them they are closed then when I dive by they say just joking. Wasn't very funny to me or my son.

We arrived 10 minutes before switchover from breakfast to lunch. Employee said it was no problem. 30 minutes later no food. Finally we got the breakfast sandwiches and they were cold. Horrible service. The drive thru was slow also. Need to do better.
