Melody, Herald, and Ray (please forgive any misspellings) we're absolutely amazing tonight as we dealt with our daughter going berserk while we tried to get passport photos done. Thank you so very much, and to everybody else in the store who was listening to her temper-tantrum!

I live a block away and frequent this Walgreens often. Its absolutely awful. The shelves are so empty you would think the place is going out of business. Even basic essentials are never in stock. There is no rhyme or reason to the layout of the store. Items are often priced wrongly. Almost always understaffed. I just can't understand how this location is SO bad. Unlike other reviews, I can't say I have ever had an issue with staff. They are pretty friendly with me (maybe because I'm a regular), but the store needs new management and a serious overhaul. Its beyond frustrating to visit this store, but due to convenience, I must.

I always do my curbside orders here. The staff is always so kind and helpful, and my orders are always ready within 30 minutes as stated on the website. They are really good about doing substitutions when something in my order is out of stock. The store is always clean.

Last week, we scheduled our vaccination appointments. They rang us up at the counter and billed our insurance. Then we waited for like 20 minutes. Then the pharmacist came out and said he could not give us the vaccine unless we had our vaccination cards with us, even though we told the tech we didn't have them and she said it was fine. Then they had to process a return. It's still on our account that we got the vaccine, so we had to call and ask them to remove that from our account. No one knows how to do that, apparently. We called this morning and they said it's not on our account and we would not have any issue getting it done. But my god, they need customer service training immediately. I was just on the phone with the pharmacy and when I said "thank you for your help" the man on the phone just said "mmhmm" and then hung up. I don't know who taught this person how to work, but this not the way to conduct yourself. This is so unprofessional. Walgreens needs to do better for their customers. We rescheduled our appointments for Publix just now. I can't support this pharmacy until they improve.

This Walgreens is absolutely terrible! Especially the pharmacy. Not only are the shelves often barren and in general disarray but the place smells... Plus you're guaranteed to get hounded for some change in the parking lot. I wasn't going to bother leaving a review for this dump but I visited this location twice within the last two weeks to fill some prescriptions and I will make sure to never do that again. The young lady working the pharmacy counter was just nasty and needs a different job away from the general public. I won't be coming back here for a prescription or anything else for that matter.

If I could leave 0 I would. The employees Are extremely rude! Not the cashiers, they are nice, but the pharmacy staff including the Pharmacist are extremely rude! I asked a simple question today if there was a problem with my script, didn't know, 2x , " I heard you"!! Answered. I NEVER confront sales people, but she took me over the top! The Pharmacis, is busy at his screen, ignoring everything said, and is laughing to himself! I am not a frequent customer but now never to go back. FYI, parking lot is always dirty!!

I believe the employees are doing the best they can. Management needs to however address the pharmacy, there is always an extremely long wait and they need more help. They need to also look into relocating to a larger facility especially when it comes to the drive thru.

Understaffed and under-trained. The price tag on my item was $17. When I got to the cashier the charge was $42. I stated what the item was listed as and all I got was a blank stare. Their voice was almost inaudible. I had to go step by step with the employee about what to do next otherwise I feel certain they would have won the staring contest.

Worst pharmacy in town...They don't even answer when you when you press the call button. They are rude I would never go here and avoided the pharmacy if possible. Worst Walgreens experience by far!

Most GHETTO pharmacy staff I've ever encountered...with the exception of one young guy. MEDS are NEVER ready when promised and they have the nerve to act like they're doing you a favor!
