By far the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. The pharmacy is the slowest. I have had to call on numerous occasions after putting in a refill on the app only to find out they did not fill it. There have been numerous times where the medication was not in the store and they didn't order it, call me or anything...just didn't fill it. My doctors office made a mistake and called my prescription in to this Walgreens. I knew it was going to be a pain. I selected to fill it in the app. When I went to check the status it said I must call the pharmacy. When I called, the girl had no idea why but she said it would be filled and completed today by 12pm. Got to the store at 1pm and waited 20 minutes in the drive thru only to be told it wasn't ready and to drive back around the building to get behind 3 other cars. I've now been here for 40 minutes and still have 2 cars to go. RIDICULOUS!!! WORST SERVICE EVER! This is the last time I come to this location!!!!

Absolutely horrible. So rude and so slow! Do not go here. The people here seem to go out of their way to not be helpful. Whether you go inside or to the drive through, it takes forever and you are treated like crap.

I have waited in line at the drive through for a long time every time I have went there. Recently they didn't have my daughter's ear drops. They said they would be getting them the next day and would call me when they were ready for pick up. They did not call. And this last time I dropped off, I would have waited for it, but they always quote over an hour for waiting. Other pharmacies I have used usually are around 20 minutes. So I went back the next day to pick it up. They said they didn't see anything in the system for me and I had a small panic attack. But eventually they found the paper prescription, hadn't even begun to fill it. So I waited at the drive through for them to fill it. And now I understand why the drive through takes so long. The truth is, I can use any pharmacy I want, I keep going back to this one because of its proximity to my home. My hopes from writing this review is that someone with authority might look a little deeper at the processes of this pharmacy and fix it.
