I should have known when I saw the 2-star rating that all those customers couldn't be wrong. First time I've ever dealt with such a RUDE set of employees. Wow. Pharmacy techs at this branch should be fired. I won't step foot in a Walgreen's again if they employee people like that. My business and my money will go elsewhere. Folks: just skip this place. Eventually you'll be treated poorly too.

Very disappointed in the photo lab. I went onto my Walgreens app just as I always do, to order prints. When I placed me order, it did not give me the usual option to choose glossy or matte finish, so I went ahead and placed the order and then called to inform them that I would like them matte finish. Well the guy in the photo lab said he'd never heard of matte finish. What?!! So he then puts me on hold to go speak to his manager and he comes back to tell me that they don't have matte and that all the pictures come glossy. If you Google glossy and matte finish, the first thing that pops up is Walgreens that states that when ordering photos, you have an option of glossy or matte and it explains the difference.

I needed to get some signage printed up via Walgreens' photo department, so I submitted my order the night before. About an hour later, I received a call from a Walgreens associate, who kindly called me to let me know that one of the photos I uploaded didn't come through all the way and she'd like to complete my order, so if I submit the picture again, she could complete my order quickly. First, it was super great customer service that she called to let me know, instead of me showing up the following day to pick up my order, to find that only one item had been printed. Thank you for saving my a trip. The next day I picked up my order, both items were printed correctly, and included the correct stands. I also was able to use a 60% off coupon online, which saved me some money, which is always a nice perk. I picked up my items and had to go to a different counter to pay. I think that's my only con of this experience, is that you go to the photo department to pick up the item, then have to go to a different register to pay. But I understand they're short staffed, so it makes sense. Pros: -Good customer service -Same day photo order -Ability to utilize a coupon Cons: -Having to go to a different register to pay Tips: Look for photo coupons online prior to making your order

I came to have my COVID test. My appointment was 12:45 pm. I arrived around 12:30 pm since this was not my first rodeo dealing with Walgreens and vaccines and the testing. I was pushed aside and made to spin around the property becuase they were not ready for me. Prescription patients whizzed by me but all I wanted was my COVID test. It is now 1 pm. What good is an appointment if you must wait 15 minutes and arrived 15 minutes early!

I waited 45 minutes in the drive-through line to pick up a prescription. When I get up to the window they tell me they can have the medicine ready in 30 minutes after they had blown up my phone about picking up the prescription.

Had an appointment for 11:00 for Covid vaccine at 11:40 still waiting. Why bother with appointments if you can't honor them? Ridiculous, no communication from the staff just sitting here. Should have went to a walk up clinic. At least then I could get an idea of how long. This is literally the worst Walgreens in Saint Johns County!

The pharmacist and front staff have no customer service skills whatsoever. Manager was pleasant when addressing me but man his staff are just unprofessional.

Another poor pharmacy experience. Seeing a pattern on the reviews?? First they don't call to confirm it's ready. Then, after a call close to closing time we are told it is ready and to come on up, someone will be here to take care of you. Buzz quickly up to the store. Pharmacy gates are closed. There are surely people in there but they refuse to answer the phone or repeated knocks on the doors and windows. Manager couldn't even get them to respond. Not the first bad experience with this crew. They seem to have a disdain for their customers.
