You can't even call this dealership with a question. The automated AI answering machine requires you to make an appointment and you can't speak with anyone. I had a simple question and needed to speak to a human being. I took my car somewhere else where a real person was happy to help me.

First I wanted to thank ALLL the guys at the dealership they made the first time experience for me fun and welcoming. Everyone spoke to me and made me laugh when I’m as looking stressed ( getting your first car can be stressful). Most important shoutout to my guy Keavaughn W. he made this entire experience with me so easy to digest and broke it down pretty good! I love the transparency all the guys displayed so making a decision was easy. I highly recommend 10/10 service for real! Will be telling all my friends about the guys here.

Worst service department! I was told an hour and a half for an oil change WITHOUT A CAR WASH by Derek and it took 2 and a half hours for just an oil change.AND I HAD MADE AN APPOINTMENT!! WHAT IS THE POINT OF AN APPOINTMENT IF YOUR CUSTOMERS STILL HAVE TO WAIT!? Derek was pretty rude and nonchalant about urgency. I won't be returning my cars or referring my clients to this place.MANAGEMENT: please don't get on here apologizing for the service asking me to reach out to management. Management was in the office ignoring the customer's like the rest of the workers. Never again.

Bought my car here early 2022 & had a great experience. Went to Key Hyundai SS the first service and the second one came back here. Had a 10am appt. & it took 30-40m for someone to speak to me and take my keys. There was only 1-2 people working behind the desk and they were clearly flustered. No customer service whatsoever & clearly understaffed. Waiting area is small and to top it off, it was the last day of the month and salesmen were coming into the service department trying to get people to trade in their vehicles. Daniel tried to meet my needs as far as a trade in goes but overall couldn’t. I would’ve rather just been left alone to wait as I was doing. Service department needs to do WAY better and the salesmen need to stop acting like vultures. Won’t be coming back here for a while.

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE !! I dropped my car off 3WEEKS ago which was only supposed to be 3days ! they highly lack communication and good customer service. Ive called these ppl SEVERAL TIMES for updates about my car service even talked to the manager a couple of times just for NO One to get back with me about any feedback. I just know once I get my car back I'll NEVER in life come here again please everyone go somewhere else I'm stressed!!!

Zero stars if possibleHad an appt for my car to be serviced. They wanted to keep my car for two weeks while they order the part it needed. Which is nonsense to me I need a vehicle to drive I cannot sit without a car for two weeks. I wanted to take my car and just come back whenever the part came to the shop and I got charged for just doing that. I don't understand why am I being charged to take my car when they didn't even do anything to it. I wasn't offered a rental to use or nothing. Finally I got a call that the part was in and scheduled another appt, was told it would be ready by the end of the day. Once again it was not then they told me oh just come tomorrow it should be ready by noon and it still isn't ready. I called to check and they're making it seem as if the part wasn't even ordered to the shop.I'm furious. They are very unorganized and just want to take your money I will never ever. ever do business here again.

I waited 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. This was with an appointment. I also needed a headlight changed and they were notified of this days in advance they agreed to the service but did not let me known until check out that they in fact did not have the headlight.They also did not let me know previous to the service that my service agreement had expired. I specifically asked for what was still free and the attendant did not disclose that I would need to pay for the oil change until service was already rendered. He was then rude to me when I questioned him about it. Worse service I've ever encountered. The young lady in the back was then condescending. She assumed I didn't understand service agreements when my issue was getting the fee beforehand. Before the service rendered.

Greetings folks !From start to finish I can say hands down I overly love the staff at this location. This is my 3rd time buying a car here (been a customer since 2013/14) and am still satisfied and impressed. Gil was my sales rep for this visit - he was professional, down to earth and answered my million phone calls with a million questions with ease. If you’re looking for a car, go check them out !!!!

Very nice and helpful dealership.Parking lot and all the grounds truly needs revamping. Folks were good to us, they just couldn't seem to find it it their heart to give me the deal I wanted. So we went across the street to ford and bought a bronco sport. We wanted the Santa cruz soooo bad. Wish they had negotiated better and come down to what we told them our max was.They said no. Either way we're happy. We will be sure to give them another shot next time. Very good folks. ?

I would not recommend anyone patronize this dealership. Our Hyundai Sonota was stolen on July 31, 2023. It was found by the police 3 days later. It was not drivable. We had the car towed to Westside Hyundai on Aug 3, 2023. Their service department is extremely short-staffed. They have one person, servicing customers in person as well as on the phone. You always have to leave messages to receive any information on your vehicle, but no one ever returns your calls. Our insurance adjuster could not get anyone to return his emails, either. Our car was at Westside Hyundai for 28 days and they never touched it. We had a rental through our insurance. Those benefits were exhausted after 30 days. We had our vehicle towed to another dealership after 28 days to have it fixed. Right now, we don’t have a vehicle to drive while our car is being serviced. We called Westside Hyundai to see if we could get a car loaner, since they wasted our rental benefits for 28 days, and never even touched or fixed our car, but of course, no one has returned our calls. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! They are very disorganized and they have no clue as to what good customer service looks like. It is very chaotic in the service department and the wait time in person is long. Extremely poor customer service!!

New sales AND the service department - zero stars if I could. I would NEVER take a vehicle here. The level of service is appalling. If their service department was a standalone shop, it would be out of business with their lack of service and care.

fair negations on price, were ready to work with us when we arrived a few hours before they closed, and were very accommodating when we decided to buy a new car instead of a used car (which is why we originally went in). Our sales rep Darryl was great; explained everything to us and definitely NOT high pressure. The sales manager Kyle was very helpful. We felt they definitely understood our needs and worked with us to get us the perfect car for our circumstances. we are very pleased with this dealership and the vehicle purchase process.

Bought my Hyundai sonata hybrid on Sunday with the team. They were pretty busy so the Manager Michael and Salesman Alex helped me take the car for a test drive! Alex was awesome when it came to making the deal easy and the price of the car was impossible to beat!

Great experience ! Friendly staff, competitive prices, smooth negotiations- purchased and traded a car in two hours. Seamless process! Organized and friendly staff. The way buying a car should be! I called a hour before to confirm availability and asked for an out the door price prior to arrival & they had everything ready for me. Super seamless process.
