In terms of like the actual facility everyone was super cool and very friendly so I would say great job everyone. And I wasn’t expecting my car well van to feel brand new most of the issues on the car I couldn’t figure out how to fix or could even afford and you guys fixed them in no time, so thank you guys sincerely!

All I have to say is this is one of the best dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. They truly kept their word on everything they presented and advertised on the radio. They helped someone I know—with a 490 credit score—get into a vehicle they love, with a very reasonable monthly payment.
Calvin is an amazing person and very very easy to work with. And believe me he will do what he says he is going to do.

I didn't know i would leave out of here with a vehicle, I trade in my suv that was breaking down and with kids I know I needed something reliable. Ben, which who helped me get into a nice and newer car was amazing. I mean he went beyond what I expected in a dealership. I actually want to thank everyone in there because if it wasn't for them I wouldn't be in this nice vehicle. I'm blessed

I came in on Saturday afternoon after getting pre qualified and doing the application online. I met with my sales guy Ryon. He was absolutely awesome. He was very helpful got me the car I want for the price I wanted. The car is amazing, the staff was great between him and the finance guy they were super helpful. Then when I went back today because I was having a tire losing air the lady in the service department was quick, they found the problem and when they didn’t have a tire in stock that fit my car they sent me to a tire place to change my tire. Great customer service, super pleased. I will be returning here when I am ready to buy again! Thank you so much Ryon and everyone else who helped me get the car I have been wanting!

Came to this dealership specifically because they had an advertisement on the radio about there credit amnesty sales event saying all you need to get approved is $500 down and an income of $500 a week and they can get you approved guranteed well this is complete false advertising and is simply a ploy to get you to come in and then they use standard financing practices and base your loan on all the normal metrics which unfortunately I didn't qualify for because I had just moved to jacksonville and didn't have enough time on the job and had negative equity in my trade in vehicle which I understand I was looking for a break and thought I found one to get out of the vehicle I currently drive. Not only was I met with this scam but the Sales guy Mitchell Taylor that I was working with was shrewd and seemed like he didn't give a crap about my situation he was just relaying what the finance people were telling him and could care less whether I could get approved for a car or not. Now I have a ding on my credit report no new car and am left with a bad taste in my mouth for this dealership in my opinion I would not do business with a dealership that uses shady tactics to draw people in who probably cant get approved without the terms in the ad actually being legitimate. From what I understand there goal is to lure them in and then try to get them to pull in a co-signer to get them approved which in turn draws In someone who could actually get approved. These kinds of radio ads should be banned and they should be sued for false advertising and anyone who came in for this AMNESTY program and wasn't approved should be given a free car haha. No but something needs done about this type of shady advertising.

I highly recommend Mitchell Taylor to anyone looking for a car. His professionalism and dedication to his customers are truly outstanding. He was attentive throughout the whole process by sending pictures/ videos of the car, arranging test drives, and answering all my questions. All of which made it worthwhile for us to travel to Florida to purchase the car.

Spent over 8K with this dealership in the service department between two vehicles. They weren't completely transparent from start to finish. Seems a little peculiar that both vehicles were diagnosed the exact same and one came in for a simple oil change. After taking one vehicle apart when they were told that work had recently been done, left me no choice but to pay the expensive rate to fix it with Nissan parts. What would you do? Have a vehicle in pieces not working or pay to put it back together and have a working vehicle again? They did nothing to make us feel positive about spending 8K with this company. Just argued that the work was just and we approved it! Do service advisors get paid commission??
