Greenway in Brunswick would not give me 0% financing.. which Nissan offered.. my credit rating was 820! They forced me to take a local bank financing at 4.5%.. I played their silly game.. waited a week and paid it off.. Greenway is a terrible dealership! ..

Bought a car here awhile back, when I need information or copies of service that was done on my car it's hard to get. When I call it's hard to get someone on the phone and when you do they say they don't have time cause they have people in front of them and will email the info but never does. I was thinking of trading in my car but I would never go here again. Bad customer service. Once they sell the car no one cares. Only nice person here that cares and helps all the time is finance department. He is great even if it has nothing to do with his job.

Sales department was fine. But the truck was sold to me with issues and the service department has been unable/unwilling to repair it. They had it for almost 3 weeks "fixed"it, but a week later it was doing the same thing again. They then said it was possibly normal vehicle noises. I had to pay out of pocket to have it repaired by a different mechanic. Sent them videos of the issues they didn't fix and now refuse to respond to my emails/phone calls. I regret purchasing from them.

ZERO STARS!!! I signed up for information about a car online. In all, 4 different people darn near harrassed me about my interest in the car by messaging me, calling, texting or leaving a message about the car. As if that wasn't confusing, I set up an appointment to see the car. Spoke to an agent in person (none of the people that contacted me over the phone) and told him what car I wanted. He went away to get the car so I can test drive it...IT WASNT EVEN THERE! It was advertised as available and it wasn't. So ok he said it was in transit and gave me a round about time it would be in. I implored him to contact me when it was in. I was really wanting to buy this car. Just needed to see it in person. Contacted this live agent every day to make sure it was there and not sold. He assured me he would let me know. The end of a week and a half comes. No car. No message from the live agent. Get this...ONLINE, THE PRICE CHANGES 4 TIMES! I took screenshots of the price increase while I'm waiting for this car to "arrive at the dealership". I call the dealership to check on it. He knew my name when I asked about the car so someone knows something about this situation enough to know my name. He says the car was supposed to be there 3 days ago and he will check. He will have a sales agent call me back. No one ever did. The live agent never responded to my last text about the car. After all of this, a few days later, the car disappeared from the website as if it were sold after I had been in contact with them. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I tried and they played me.

Came to this Nissan dealership and like always was very much on guard to not be scammed .. didn't care for the sales guy that was in charge and pretty much had made up my mind to go elsewhere as I felt like I may be getting scammed. The finance manager Glenn, came and talked to me and I went inside with him and he was very knowledgeable and definitely knew what he was doing , explained things and options and I was very comfortable with my purchase and am very happy with my vehicle. I thank Glenn in financing and I made sure to get his number and will always tell anyone I know to give this guy a call and whenever I need another vehicle I hope he is still around. Thank you glen for going the extra mile to help me ..

Don't believe the negative reviews... I started this process looking online on a Wednesday. I filled out a form about my trade and Troy INSTANTLY called me. I expressed to him my situation (upside down on a brand new car purchased this year, no features and I didn't want to put a fortune down on a car). I wanted to drive something I loved. Troy reassured me that they could get me out of my current loan and with possibly zero down.On Thursday evening I went to view a few cars that I saw online. Troy had to leave so I worked with Jason. SUPER FRIENDLY and easy to talk to. I told him my situation and he pulled around the most beautiful Rogue I've ever seen. No, it wasn't one of the cars I'd previously looked at online (I looked at cheaper new Rogues that had similar features). He explained how I'd have to get out of the negative equity by buying a more expensive car. I told him as long as it's in my price range, we'll see. He came through!! Yes- it was slightly more than I ideally wanted to pay but it was still in my budget. I bought a brand new 2023 Rogue in a beautiful Boulder Grey Pearl.I drove away with the car that evening but he asked me to return on Friday to see if a final bank could offer me a lower car note. Thanks to Mr. Glen, the finance director, that happened!!!Everyone was so friendly and welcoming from start to finish and it wasn't a long, stressful process. I would recommend them to anyone!!!!

.We went to get a car with my daughter that was advertised at $20,099. The vehicle had some cosmetic things that we was willing to over see. Then they came back with all different fees that made the cost of the vehicle come up to almost $30,000. Fee was for warranties we didn't ask for. And then the new sales manager came and introduced himself and basically told us that he couldn't help. He told me daughter that even if she was buying the car cash that cash didn't matter any more and to fuance. He also stated that it was good because it could bust up her credit already assuming she had bad credit. Well she had great credit but wanted to pay cash. We felt insulted and disrespected. This is bad service and fraud. I.would never refer anyone to this place

I had been a Good customer for over seven years at this car dealership. I also purchase two cars in the past 1 used and the other brand new. Just two weeks ago I was SPAMMED INTO BELIEVING they had fixed my car and paid 967 cash money for them to Diagnose my check engine light and fix the issue. But instead I have been treated with the upmost disrespect treatment above all. The light came on the same day they fix the issue, then was told it something else other than the problem they just fixed n it will be More expensive issue other than the one they just fixed . All this happened in a weeks time frame. Troy Wallace n his GM was trying to SPAM ME INTO A new car which I started was more than I could afford in payments. They never was giving me the best possible deal. Only run my credit for the financial gain.I decided to leave n take my business elsewhere. They never own up to their first mistake only scamming me for money I couldn’t have saved. CHUCK IN SERVICE WAS GREAT. If u don’t wanna HAVE a Headache n less money DONT COME HERE. TROY WALLACE SHOULD BE LET GO n I do believe I should have been given my money back from they 1st mistake.

I entered Greenway Nissan of Jack's with my wife. The car sales woman was excellent. Anara was adequate in showing us vehicles and letting us shop around. The issue arose when it came down to the sale of one of the vehicles with a asking price of 20,000$ and the new car sales manager came to talk to us after we were there ready to make the purchase with cash and above the listed price. The car sales manager tags on another 10,000 worth of fees and insults our intelligence towards finances. He asked us nothing about ourselves as a potential buyer and insinuated that we had poor credit, that we didn't under stand how loans from financial institutions work nor what protections we wanted on the vehicle. If he had been a better sales man and learned a small bit of info he would have known that I did car sales prior and understood all the tactics he tried to use. This is a terrible place run by incompetent people. If you want to lose money as a business this is the way.

If I could give zero stars, I would!! Troy was the salesman who was handling my deal. I came to purchase a vehicle for my sister, who had a check from having her car totaled. I explain what we needed, what our budget was, and even gave very detailed explanations of things that were going on in our personal lives. I also was inquiring about trading my car in for a new car. I knew what my credit score was going in, and I knew I would be upside down on my car, and I simply wanted to know if buying a car was even a possibility with my monthly budget. They sent me to the bank I currently have my loan through, after I had already explained that my time was limited and that I am a single mom of three, I am a disabled veteran, and I have a disabled child at home. When I arrived at the bank, I found out that the dealership had already submitted an inquiry through them and I was denied. Therefore, I took the time to go submit and addition loan application inquiry for absolutely no reason. My debt to income ratio was too high, and that is okay, but with everything I explained to them up front, all I asked for was honesty and transparency. When I came back up to the dealership, Troy was a complete and utter arrogant jerk. I said, “the sad thing is that you can’t even look at me in the eyes and say ‘I’m sorry!?’” With which he replied with a smirk, “you act like I did this, I can’t control what my general manager does?” And I was trying to purchase two cars from these greedy people. I understand if I don’t qualify in the moment and explained to them that I had recently paid off most of my debt, but that it had not reflected on my credit report yet and that I would just come back when I could qualify with a better rate, yet they still sent me on a wild goose chase. This is all after we had already bought my sisters car from them. The thing is, they saw two vulnerable women and took complete advantage!! This was , by far, the absolute worst experience in a car dealership I have EVER had. I am returning my sisters vehicle tomorrow and taking my business elsewhere. A lot of lessons were learned from this experience. Whatever happened to humanity and compassion. I wasn’t looking for a handout, only honesty and transparency. Troy was the most rude and egotistical person I have ever met. He’s the tripe to act like your best friend when he thinks he will benefit from you, and when things don’t work out, he will chew you up and spit you out. Greenway Nissan, this was unacceptable.

After telling the Service Dept. I would have to wait for my vehicle, I made an appointment for 8.00am. I didn’t get my car back until after 10.00am. I feel that 2 hours for an Oil change and tire rotation is just excessive. The other thing that was somewhat annoying was that the person that checked me in said NOTHING about the system you have whereby the Technician sends a a video to the customer about a problem. When I got that video, I thought it was a scam link, and just ignored it. Then I got another message so only then did I go outside to the service desk and inquire about it. Only then was it explained to me that it was a system you use to inform customers about what’s going on. It might be a good idea to warn customers beforehand that they might receive a video link, and not to be afraid of clicking on it!

Great buying experience! They offered a more than reasonable trade in and got my wife in a brand new car. While other dealers tried to scam us and attach hidden expenses, these guys were straight forward and negotiated fairly. What we saw is what we got! We initially went in for another vehicle but it was just sold, so they found us a better one and matched the price of the one we were initially going to buy. I will recommend this dealership to anyone who expresses an interest in buying Nissan.
