I've tried the others in this area and to me this is the best pharmacy in the Brierwood area.

Prescription was filled which is what matters most but I think the pharmacy team fails to remember that people that come in don't feel well so maybe show alittle kindness. It's my first time coming to this pharmacy and just moved into the neighborhood. Won't be returning to this pharmacy unless in dire need nor recommending until more and kinder staff

When someone needs a Rx and you have a different pharmacy on hold for over an hour trying to get it switched and you ignore it is bad business. Especially when it's life or death medication.

Pharmacist Patricia was professional and efficient. She was also kind and caring and related an air of confidence that put me at ease. Highly recommend healing with Pharmacist Patricia.

I was so concerned about trying out this pharmacy due to the reviews about a "horrid female pharmacist." Please give them a try because my experience has been the total opposite! I have lots of prescriptions and am not a simple pharmacy client. I came here after attempting to use two other pharmacies in Jacksonville and being disappointed. I have found both pharmacists at this location, the pharmacy manager, and the techs all wonderful. My mother is moving her prescriptions here too after seeing how polite and helpful they are.

I'm reporting them to the health department, they have some VERY questionable meat expiration date practices. I've had to return meat more times than I can count because it was flat out rotten (a week before the exp date). I've witnessed the front clerk take back rotten meat that a customer had brought back and he just chuckled some joke to her. The times I've returned meat the clerk had a "business as usual" expression on her face. By the time their meat gets to the sell by date it's literally rotten, not just "should prob cook today" like every other store. They've also stopped bagging groceries, only have one cashier at a time, and on some days they force you to use self checkout because no registers are open. This place is a dumpster fire. How does Southeastern Grocers even take themselves seriously when this store is so close to their HEADQUARTERS. What a sick joke. See below picture of meat on the shelve in clear sight that was outdated and visibly more grey and nasty than all the RED meat surrounding it. And yes the meat manager was patrolling his area....

I dropped off my prescription yesterday evening, the girl told me I would get a text when ready and I gave her my insurance information. I never got a text when it was ready, went in there and still had to pay. When I mentioned the girl did not listen to me the pharmacist was very rude to me and was trying to get my information saying I don’t know if she listened to me. The tech was very nice and helpful but, the pharmacist was condescending and extremely rude! I usually go to Publix but because this is closer to my place I figured I would use them and I will go the extra distance and use public because way better customer service.

I literally just called this location at 7:19pm on Nov 23 and was told I could walk in "right now" to get a covid booster vaccine over the phone. I left my house within 5 mins and arrived at the pharmacy window at 7:39pm. On crutches hobbling, I was turned away by an extremely rude female pharmacist with light brown hair and a thick accent saying she didn't want to "waste a vile" on me and my mom and to come back another time. I'm incapacitated and it took an extreme effort to get myself there. We can't come back, so it's on her if me or my mom get covid over the holiday. This woman should be fired immediately! Do yourself a favor and take your health matters and business elsewhere.

Winn-Dixie has been going a lot to change their locations for the better. A while ago I had given up on the supermarket chain. Too many problems, too much inconsistency amongst a slew of other things just made me decide it was not worth continuing shopping here. I would go in there if there was a super deal on something, but I would only buy that item. I guess we the customers have long boy star opinions and Winn-Dixie is finally listening to us. For a company that has always called itself the Beef People, Winn-Dixie allowed itself to start bringing in some questionable Quality Meats. Unfortunately, they still have that questionable quality meat, however they are now also carrying USDA Choice grade meats and this is a great quality of beef. I have become a fan of Winn-Dixie again. I suggest that if you have not been to one of their supermarkets in a while, go check them out. I think you will be impressed.

I really wanted this to be my go to store. Spacious aisles, fresh produce, deli is accommodating to requests about thickness of meats and cheeses. But no matter when I go I am disappointed by staff not wearing masks at all or inappropriately below the nose. I refused help from a guy in deli area because his mask wasn't covering his nose and he wiped his nose with his hand right in front of me. Too many customers are allowed to not wear masks and today I skipped 3 checkout likes because customers AND clerks or baggers weren't wearing masks over their nose. Finally got in a short line and the clerk was rude barking orders at me to hurry and put items on belt while customer in front of me was still checking out. I've received my COVID vaccines but my family members are high risk. This Atlantic Ave Winn Dixie store is not doing enough to make me feel safe to shop here. I'll go elsewhere.

I wanted to fill a prescriptions using my new Good RX Gold card and NONE of the Winn Dixies in Mandarin (are 2) have a pharmacy! Why??? I don't know but this one was the next closest. This prescription w/o insurance would be about $150, with regular Good RX would be $38 with Good RX Gold was $16.. what a difference and is 3ml which looks to be 1T of eye drops! It appears to be a remodeled old WD. Most WD stores are pretty much the same in design except this one had a section of $1 items... rather big section! I've never seen that in any other WD's. I was glad they could fill the prescription as I shopped!
