I have been here since yesterday and appointment time for this morning at 7am. It's 13:05, and I am still here waiting for a live unload. Ridiculous. I only have under 5000 lbs to be unloaded. I will never, ever come here again. They do have overnight parking across the street, and please go into receiving office to check in bcuz the goofy at the guard shack might not tell you just to tell you were dock at.

Doesn't matter if you have an appointment. They just don't give a damn about you . Be prepared to spend several hours waiting for them to call you and pick up your trailer. Then wait for the paperwork. Wasted the whole day ! Never coming back here ! But, hey .. they have a bathroom!

You report to the guard, you give your information, he passes you, he gives you the door, you have to let go of the box and you are going to stand on the left side of where you leave the box, they call you on your cell phone, you go through your papers and that's it. I had the appointment at 8:30 am and I arrived at 12:30 am and the guard passed me by and I slept

EXTREMELY RUDE and UNHELPFUL staff. VIVIAN at checkout, rather than HELP me, had a really BAD ATTITUDE. Wow. I'm used to Publix staff who go out of their way to help you. I always feel respected and treated with dignity and kindness at Publix, but recently I thought I would TRY the Indian Harbour Beach Winn Dixie again. I had gone there when I first moved here but never returned when I realized after getting home that a package of meat was GREEN underneath! But since Winn Dixie's turkey prices were so tempting, I thought I would try it again and now I realize why I will ONLY GO TO PUBLIX:- Since I hadn't been in the store for years, I asked two staff members where two products were. They pointed and told me the aisles which were on opposite sides of the store. I groaned because I have a bad knee, and if I had been at Publix the staff member would have either taken me to the item or even offered to go get it for me, but these Winn Dixie staff members did not offer any assistance when I was clearly confused and needing help. But the WORST was at the checkout. Prices which appear on the check out screen do not show the discounts until the very end of checking out. I did not know this so was horrified when many of my items rung up higher than the prices posted on the shelves. It was disheartening. Then, after VIVIAN RUDELY explained to me, offering me NO ASSISTANCE except I needed to move over to a live cashier (I was at a self checkout), but she did not say why and when I asked she ACTED REALLY HAUGHTY. I had questions because i realized I'd forgotten something and she was VERY CONFUSING AND RUDE when I asked if I would have to start the order completely over. This woman VIVIAN was absolutely HORRIBLE to me. Also some older gentleman who worked up front started haggling with me also. I couldn't believe it! I am NOT a nasty person! I was just an innocent customer who was trying to figure out the system and navigate around the store. THESE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY RUDE, DESPITE THE FACT THAT I stayed calm (except for telling them now I know why I shop at Publix) and told them I couldn't believe thatthey were fighting with me and making my experience so miserable. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS! I ended up leaving my cart there without checking out and will never return!

I'm writing from Hilliard Fla. We have one of the most friendliest MeatCutters at our local Winn Dixie. I will only shop there in the morning cause I know when you walk in the door and head towards the back you are going to hear Andy speaking to EVERYONE with the most positive friendly voice. He always goes above and beyond to help me and give me advice on how to prepare different Meats.. We feed our church people on Wednesday nights and this particular night they had requested a big chef salad so he helped slice the Meats up for this and it was just perfect and affordable. My husband received a Blackstone grill and Andy took the time to pick out the ingredients I would need to do a big Hibachi. He sliced the steaks and chicken up for me. I could go on and on. Andy is a huge asset for Winn Dixie in Hilliard Fla! You should be very happy to have him on your team! Andy keep up the awesome and personal service you show to each and every one that comes in there. This kind of customer service is very rare to find anymore.

There's a Winn-Dixie in Lehigh Acres Florida on Bell boulevard is the worst Winn-Dixie they never have hot food in the deli and it's happened bunch of bunch in several times today I went in there at 4:15 they had no food and they're hot deli area no vegetables no potatoes no chicken anything the only thing that they had hot was sitting in the middle and are old chicken wings look like they are diesel but they were probably from the morning sitting under the heat lamp getting dried out and nasty and that was the only thing that they have left and this happens all the time at this Winn-Dixie I don't understand why you think people are done eating by 4:00 you should have more food out there for the dinner time people I got off work and went straight to Winn-Dixie to get dinner and I couldn't even get dinner because you didn't have anything not even one piece of chicken of course if you did it probably would have been dried out like the chicken.. why even have the hot deli if it's closed before dinner????? This happens all the time at this store. So I am letting corporate know that this store needs help, better staff not the rude guy that told me I'm ok it's not that cold . He can mind his business and make food. Please help this store or close it so a better grocery store can actually have stuff!! Not a happy person about this winn Dixie today.

This review is in regards to Winn Dixie in Beverly Hills, Florida. I frequent the Winn Dixie in Beverly Hills, FL often as I am a resident of Citrus Springs. The produce at said Winn Dixie has gone down hill lately. The Red Delicious Apples are so rotten those apples are growing fuzz. I have called customer service and today while shopping I pointed out the fact that the Red Delicious Apples were rotten to the guy working in procure and he grabbed the apple I was showing him and said “Oh Sorry” and walked away. My response was “that’s not the only apple that is rotten”….however the produce employee didn’t seem to really care. I guess it’s shopping at Publix from now on for me ?

Based on all the reviews the problem seems to be Southeast Grocers for extremely poor management of its stores. Ruin them, then sell them off stategy. If there's an award for poorest customer service, Winn-Dixie on Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale would win it hands down. Too many rude, lazy, racist employees. The deli being the prime example. Tonight at 6:51, not only is the deli closed, but it's almost completely wiped down and "cleaned". I ask the clerk, what time do you close? He says 7:00. For it to be completely "cleaned" and empty by.7:05, this deli hasn't served anyone since at least 6:30 and as usual, sign stating operating hours conveniently disappeared. If you want anything from the deli, be there at least a hour before the ever changing closing time dictated by the lazy employees who do NOT want to wait on customers, not that they really want to wait on customers any time of the day, especially depending on skin color. Few customer service oriented employees. Never any appreciation for your business. Easy to see why these stores are being sold. Aldi will never put up with it.Shameful absence of customer service skills throughout this store. Most current employees will be gone, deservedly so.

The person in customer's service was very nasty and disrespectful when she realized that I was waiting to get help about a product. I told her that I did not get the discount of the product that I was buying and that I already paid for the product. She yelled at me, saying that it going to take time and that I have to wait until she can do it. Then the manager came and just refunded the product I have bought without asking me if I want the product or to returned it. Then, I decided to return everything. I told them to keep everything that I had already bought. And that they need to give me my money back. What a nasty disrespeful people work in this supermarket. I will never shop in this supermarket again. DO NOT GO TO WINN-DIXIE LOCATED AT 7131 N. U.S. HWY 441, OCALA FLThe manager is Katherine and the nasty b... is ADRIENNE.

I placed an order for delivery. According to the app, an employee will do the shopping and delivery. Until I paid and it came DoorDash. DoorDash is the worst and had I know before my card was charged, I would never have placed the order. So beside other issues with the shopping and delivery, I received expired food. After jumping through DoorDash hoops and then WinnDicie hoops it is now 8 days later and today I'm told my refund can take into September. 24 to 48 hours for approval, then approval department send it back either approved or not. Then they send to the department that issues the refund and that takes 10 days. I any of this was fault of my own would be one thing but it isn't. Had Winn zDixie not had expired food on the shelf, but Winn Dixie DID have expired food on their shelf. Had DoorDash bothered to check expiration dates, but Door Dash DOES NOT check expired dates. None of this was in my control and my refund should be processed in a timely manner. And 48 hours, 48 hours there, and then 10 more day is not and never will be a timely manner to receive a refund for something of no fault or control of my own. Can you believe they offered me reward points today when I got pissy with this whole issue today. I am not a glutton for punishment. I'm not placing another order with Winn Dixie. And then I was told the points can't be used for delivery. Which I had already to the man on the phone I do not drive for medical reasons.
