Such a great store. Today it took me 45 minutes to go through the self-checkout because the seniors I was buying groceries for didn't have as much on their food cards as they thought. Things were returned. Cards were shuffled. I didn't have enough on my card to help. No cash. It was a real nightmare. However, the wonderful woman checking me out, Destiny, was infinitely understanding and polite. As always, their employees rise to the occasion. Always helpful. Always kind. It's a wonderful store

Is this a grocery store, a dump, or a public assistance office from a third world country?Seriously if the Ice cream isn't melted and refrozen it's freezer burnt and expired, the meat department smells like the cleaning table on the pier, and there are clumps of fake hair and dirty diapers all over the parking lot..... Go to Publix! (Unless you shop in your pajamas and hold up the line because you can't figure out which EBT card has money left)

Roughly 3:30 pm, today, I was in line behind two others at the customer service counter.First customer took forever with multiple lottery purchases.Second customer was quick, now it was my turn.A man rushes up to the counter, based on their interaction he was a friend of the cashier, and says, I just need this.Rather than ring up the next customer in line, me, the cashier goes to another register, also at the customer service counter, and rings him up instead.While ringing him up two more people line up behind him.Once again, rather than ring me up, she helps another line cutter.I look around for a manger, a supervisor, or an open register. No luck.When she starts ringing the third person who came after me I left my items, still sitting at the counter, waiting for a cashier that couldn't be bothered with the customer at the front of the line, and went to Publix instead.

Love this Winn Dixie and will definitely miss it for sure. Aldi's seafood is very small selection and high priced. No perks either

I stopped in this location just to grab a few fruit items for lunch. I’m honestly having one of the roughest days of my life by cashier Jaydon greeted me and asked if I was OK because he heard me sniffling, assuming that I was getting sick. I told him no just having a rough day. He asked if I needed to talk about it? I told him no I had just left a consultation to get help. He then offered a hug… a perfect Stranger, offering a hug just to make my day a little brighter. I’m overwhelmed with his level of customer service. I can say a lot of things about the store. Yeah I t was clean. I got some really good produce and I’m happy about my visit, but to go above and beyond to be a angel and make my day was totally not expected. I hope management sees this and commends this “gentleman” for being just that. A much needed example of how just showing a little concerned for people can make the whole world better. Thank you Jaydon!!!

After 3 stores with no helium. I stopped in quickly to get my son some balloons for his birthday and was helped right away! I had to use the restroom which was clean and smelled fresh. When I returned my balloons done and waiting for me to pick them up. Made me ? Got on and out with what I needed. Thank you for helping great customer service

The grocery items and prices are excellent, but staff frequently have bad attitudes and unacceptable behaviors. Yesterday, 2 employees stocking an isle made it impossible to get through with my cart, and the #1 items on my list was blocked. I asked them to kindly make room for my cart. That didn't happen and the all-too-frequent ugly stares and horrible shopping experience. It's constant past few months. Taking my business elsewhere.
