This is not a dig at the Xfinity store itself. I have had to drive to this location just to pay my bill twice in the last 3 months. The app is glitchy at best, which I refuse to use, and logging onto the website redirected me to the app. Xfinity...fix this or you're gonna lose at least one more customer!

My son and I went in Sunday 1/26/2025 , there was two guys working one of them was busy with a Customer this guy pointed at the other guy sitting in a Chair at the Desk which was Playing on his Cell Phone looking a Videos ? He wasn't worried about what we needed he didn't even call us over , when we walked to the Desk he Could Care Less his Demeanor his Actions he just didn't want to be bother with Period !! If I Ever go inside this Store Ever again , I will ask for the Manager also get that guys name if he even works there maybe not because he Shouldn't be . He's a Ridiculous Representative for Xfinity Period !! I'm sure he Doesn't Sale anything Real Piece of Work ......

Highly recommend working with Freddy if you come to this location. Came in because my WiFi speeds at the house were not what they should be according to the plan that I currently have, and Freddy was quick to help. He looked up my account and was able to determine that the modem that I had did not support the speeds for the current plan I had. Not only was he able to quickly assess and resolve my issue, he also noticed that my contract expired and asked if I wanted to re-sign a new contract so that I would save a substantial amount of money on the bill each month. From entering the store, Freddy was able to find and resolve my issue, save me money, all while training a new associate and ALSO assisting another customer, I was in and out in 15 minutes!

Last Sunday my wife and I stopped by to check out the Xfinity service and new iPhones. I had booked an appointment online and we were greeted immediately when we entered the store. We were shopping around and were not sure we were actually going to buy. We got a great deal on two new iPhones. The trade in value was a lot higher than I had expected for my old iPhone 12 Pro against a new iPhone 16 Pro. We also got a free line for 12 months. Even without the free line, the service would have been cheaper than what was then our current service. We switched to Xfinity and are very happy. We live in an area that had poor service from our old provider. We get more bars here than we had previously.
We had one glitch in the process of switching providers, and I want to commend Zaunah (I think that's correct) for her patience. The issue was related to our previous provider locking my wife's old iPhone SIM card so that it was not easily turned off. That took a while and a long phone call with a somewhat unhelpful agent with the old provider before we got that straightened out.
So far, very happy with the phones and the service. We have been Xfinity internet customers for a few years and are very happy with that service as well.

Xfinity internet service is unreliable to say the least! I have experienced outages EVERY day for an entire month! All they can say is that "we are working on an upgrade in your area". If you are looking for reliable internet services please don't look to Xfinity. You will be let down.

Trinity destroyed my yard without my consent or approval laying cables. I am not a customer so they won’t even speak with me because I don’t have an account. This should be illegal.
