I was in the store a few days ago and I must say I was so unimpressed by the store and who I believe this woman was the manager, the way she spoke to me and the people that worked that day was horrible to say the least i have been in management for 10 plus years after speaking with this woman I literally left and canx my services as well as my parents, now I will say I had a warm welcome by this other woman I can’t recall her name, but she greeted me with a smile and asked me to wait to seen by another person, after that interaction it all went downhill, the lady had a short haircut and a very warm smile, thank you young lady for being so nice to me. Do better xfinity! Update my message was responded by a bot 🤖 I am not cutting and pasting for anything, what about addressing my issue in real time?? My discord happened in real time, really xfinity?? I will never do business with this company again, customer service and support is easy if you don’t like people change your job!!! Signed by a very angry manger. Going to corporate next .. this is unacceptable

After plenty of attempts of trying to solve an issue with customer service over the phone, Antoine was able to solve it in just a few minutes. My experience with xfinity was only good because he helped solve my problem with ease.

They promised me waive early terminate fee due to my active duty moving. But they didn't do anything on their system.
So xfinity charged early terminate fee for 136.85$.
And xfinity make their system very hard to claim about their fault!!

I recently visited this location for service on a cell phone. Ramon, Dave, and Rob were very patient with me as I looked for a phone right before they closed for the evening. These young men provided customer service and showed that they cared about me as a customer. By far, the best Comcast in Duval!

On March 2025 my contract will end and my relationship with this company will cease
This organization is by far the worst on so many levels
Day 1 installer took several hours trying to install, finally calling for additional help to connect to the Internet. What should have taken an hour took nearly three hours
On the App you can pay your cell bill but the Internet never shows up no invoice since inception via U S Mail, no invoices via email.
Constantly racking up late fees for the internet, foreign based call center
You're better off putting your head thru a meat grinder versus having these people provide service, they provide frustration and headache
Power goes out via a utility transformer after several calls, reboots, troubleshooting, speaking with three individuals finally the forth person says the Xfinity is down so everything that was told and tried was for nothing

I decided to go to the Xfinity store because after canceling the internet service, they charged me for a device I had never received. I used my own modem. After spending hours trying to talk to a human on the customer service line, but no matter how hard I tried, I only managed to speak to a computer. When I got to the store, I tried to explain what happened to a female employee, and she behaved in a rude, unethical, and disrespectful way. I decided to leave. It is better to pay what they want to charge me for the supposed equipment than to talk to a computer or go to a store and be treated in a disrespectful way. I definitely do not recommend this company and much less the customer service to anyone.

Zero stars. Comcast is undoubtedly the worst company in the world at customer service, and I've dealt with lots of bad customer service over the years. This store is particularly bad. The manager is absolutely rude and dismissive. If you have any other choice for internet service, take it.
Typical Comcast customer service. After leaving this review, a bot "reached out". Nice. How about hiring some real people Comcast. Avoid this company if you can.

Sunday 10/6. We went to get here to get some new phones. It was a bit busy. Checked in had to wait about 20/30 minutes. Then an employee named Dave called my name and started helping us. He was awesome. Not being the best on all this new tech, Dave took his time with us. Some things he had to do over a few times but no fault of his. He got us all hooked up. Set up our new phones like they were like our old ones. He did it all with a smile and great customer service. Shout out to Dave for all his help.

Based on the reviews, I read, I went in thinking I was going to have to battle. That was the fastest best experience I’ve had with any type of cable service in the last 30 years. Highly recommended.
