Bad got a email saying my package wasn't dropped off from no signature I drove a hour away to there office was talking to a lady named Tracy hade her email me to were I don't need a for my package to get drop off for the next day they said they wouldn't let me live with my own package....... And so still no package called up there they said they took it bk off the truck for some reason and all she said is she don't know why.... I didn't pay 3000$ for ya to keep my packages..... See if I ever use xpo again and shity customer service xpo sucks it really really sucks prime better

Garbage company. Was home all day for scheduled LG appliance order. However, they decide to postpone a week due to laziness and/or incompetence. I fully support another, more competent company, getting the next contract for LG after the current one is up for renewal.

Their tracking system does not update real time and their customer service is very bad when asking them questions its like your bothering them when you call. My delivery took forever and it took forever just to get the final word of when they can deliver my pallet!

Your drivers are terrible go find them new jobs. Almost ran my girlfriend off the interstate trying to speed past and cut her off to pass another semi. Doing 85 in the left lane on the FL interstate 95 what’s wrong with you guys???

Excellent communication for a residential delivery, and SUPERB customer service! Maybe I got lucky, but my experience was simply fantastic -- office called to confirm delivery 4d+ ahead of time, provide an estimated delivery window between 1p-5p, and the driver called day of delivery to reconfirm this delivery window and arrived perfectly inside of it! He also provide a ton of help getting my massive pallet delivery inside my tractor's front-end loader! Many, many thanks for the superb communication and service!

I arrived home at 4:50pm and this truck is blocking my entire property and I can't get to my home. I am sitting idle in the middle of the street blocking the roadway. I get out of my suv and ask the driver to please move the truck up a little so I can get into my driveway and he tells me no that I need to sit there and wait. I told the driver I didn't have to wait as it's my personal property he is blocking and he is not delivering to my home. He tells me to call the cops cause he isn't moving until he's ready. I immediately called XPO sat on hold for 33 minutes just to be hung up on without ever saying a word. This company is absolutely ridiculous. After 10 minutes of waiting I moved the neighbors trash cans and drove through the yards. These delivery people need to have a little more courtesy of other people's private property.

The incompetence is impressive. First the delivery was delayed. Then it didn't show when it was finally scheduled to arrive. Following day it arrived to our place of business at a random tine despite having communicated 3 days in a row about the delivery window so that we could coordinate our company to have someone there to receive it. Maybe tomorrow they'll finally do what they said they'd do. Can't believe they can afford to waste so much time, money, and fuel by running this operation like a circus.

OTR DRIVER IF U BOOKED A LOADTO THIS PLACE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GET THE F... OFF IT ... 1 STAR IS WAY TO MANY ... IF YOUR APT IS 11 DONT WASTE UR CLOCK SHOWING UP EARLY..if u call they will tell u it's OK to get here early but best believe u will just sat in a dock and waste your clock as I have today...the guys on the dock will not even talk to you to give you any kind of heads up .. and no over night parking

Amazon uses this outfit why I don't know. Supposed to uplift a return waited in all day and a no show a per their text. Have to wait two weeks for them to turn up.

Almost got hit by one of their trucks when I was in a crosswalk. Driver did not stop at the red light when turning right.License plate number P864481. Trailer number 463-9360 at 2:28pm

HORRIBLE COMPANY. STAY AWAYI am highly disappointed in your service. You had already rescheduled twice on me causing a month delay. My initial delivery was scheduled on 10/29.I had been calling several times today to get a confirmation and time window for delivery that was scheduled for 11/08. Then finally at 4:55 pm, an agent calls me to let me know "I did a mistake and shouldn't have scheduled you for 11/08". The next available delivery date is on 11/25. I couldn't be connected to a manager or get an answer or help.What is this? This is a complete irresponsible, unreliable service.I had already made Sam's club aware of your unreliable horrific service. I really hope, you lose that contracted service.I am also going to make sure to leave a bad review for your business everywhere I can and keep on reporting this horrible service to management.Horrible horrible company.
