I called Power Root about my septic and Donnie arrived within the hour of my call. Donnie ( the owner) was so helpful. He took his time with me and answered all of my questions, I had a lot. Donnie was able to fix my shower pressure in minutes. The best way to explain my experience is I felt like he was a family member. He showed me that he actually cared and that he wasn't out to get me for the money, but that he wanted to help resolve the issues I have/had. I am alsousing him to pump my septic and at a very fair price.

Don was super friendly and answered all my questions. As this is the first time I have to deal with a septic tank I wasn't sure how they worked or what I should do to maintain it. Don not only explained how they work but also gave me tips on things I can do to lengthen the time needed between services. He called me about 30 minutes before he was going to arrive to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he asked the best way to approach the tank rather than just backing up to the tank. I would recommend Power Rooter Plumbing & Drain to any one needing service that wants it done correctly.

Amazing service… Top tier… Super friendly and family oriented. They came out the same day (Thank God) actually dark and was awesome every step of the way. They explained all the issues as they found them and recommended services that would prevent the issue from recurring as fast. That stood out to me as outstanding because it shows he has the customer’s best interest at hand and not his pockets.. Over all SUPERB. Highly recommended !!!!!!

I called early in the morning on a Friday when my septic backed up into the house late Thursday night. They told me they had a full day and that they would have to get to me late in the day. The guys at Power Rooter did exactly what they said they were going to do. They got me pumped out and left it clean. Thanks guys!

Amazing service, quality professional service with little notice, very fair price, fixed a pipe and helped electrician reset the electrical pole that broke the main water supply to my house as a result of the hurricane. We had a major back-up which happened on a Friday at 2:00 pm. It was a holiday weekend. We called and even though Donnie had four other calls scheduled, he extended his day and came out (about fifty minutes from his last call). Donnie was professional, efficient, and really nice. After asking a few questions he located and had our problem solved in a jiffy!! Thanks so much! We highly recommend him and his service. If there were six stars he would get them!

Woke up to a septic nightmare that had backed up through both of our downstairs showers.Donnie was extremely busy that day but found time to assist us late that afternoon.
