“I’ve been banking with United my whole life so far. They started me off with a student account when I was in middle school, and helped me to get a travel card for my honeymoon when I was worried my card may not work in Europe. Now it has finally become time for me to swap banks because I’ve moved (something I’ve been putting off for years as I’ve been away from the closest United Bank for 6 years now). I am so sad to be leaving this bank! It is so nice to have a local bank to go to with such helpful and kind people. The latest update on their app has been the most helpful, and it made the app so user friendly! My favorite part is being able to message a teller from the app rather than calling (the Gen Z in me is not a fan of phone calls). I only wish there were more United Bank locations so I didn’t have to move to a new bank!”

“When it comes to a personal touch in banking this United Bank is to place the stop. The people that are working there are very family-oriented. They have a commercial drive-thru and non-commercial drive-thrus and of course they have lobbies amenities as well.”
