Today i went to mall shopping it's been a few years. The young ladies working at the store we're very nice and helpful. out of every store in the mall this was the only one where they greeted me and made sure I can find everything I needed thank you ladies.

Terrible customer service I will never go back. Shop there several times had a return today, one of the associates told me she can pull it up with my email and then called over the manager to approve it. As soon as the manager came over, was not polite at all, speaking extremely fast and super loud and stated without the receipt there’s nothing we can do! As a manager myself, I know that there’s always something that can be done, especially to accommodate a customer who shops there often. I never wore the top or the bottom and simply left it on their counter and walked out, and her response was happy Mother’s Day!! It’s only because of the grace of God why I didn’t respond how I truly wanted to!!

Purchased a bathing suit online and the wrong size arrived. Returned it in The store at the mall. The associate was very friendly and honest. Refund was back in my account two days later.

They are not nice. They don't help you find nothing.they are rude and disrespectful in there. They have no customer service. They stand are and do nothing. And if you ask someone to hold something for you they throw it down and then the manager or supervisor telling you to apologize to a team mate that you ask just to hold something so that you could give another direction to come in there store they are mean and not nice
