I purchased a Moby sofa from basset in Jensen Beach and we love it! The staff was very friendly and Lisa was both knowledgeable and patient while helping me put together the perfect fabric and area rug! I would recommend Bassett.

Being a retired designer needing furniture can be a blessing & a curse. I have shopped endlessly trying to find everything I wanted in a sofa. No matter where I went, it was either too deep, too long, too firm or the wrong color or style, not to mention the lack of quality. I knew Bassett was the only answer to get exactly what I wanted. I knew it would cost me more, but I felt it was worth the difference considering how much I would have to spend for lesser quality & no options. I love having options and choices, but we did hit a snag with the seat cushion option that was supposedly discontinued. The manager, Paul, came to the rescue and contacted the factory & found they were still able to get the cushion I wanted. He was able to do this is because not only is it made in the US, they actually make the sofa and all of the furniture in the store. It is not from China! It's all Bassett and all made in the USA!I worked with Dee, and she was fabulous with her knowledge of fabrics and her recommendations.. She has a really good eye for color too. They tell me I should have it in about 5 or 6 wks. I will have to post again after I get my dream sofa. One other thing, I have to mention the smell here. When you enter, there is this wonderful smell of real wood. Another sign of quality.

I recently purchased the Parkway bedroom collection for my new home in Florida. Linda McGonagle was the designer who assisted me with my purchase and designed a layout for the best placement of the furniture in the master bedroom. She was wonderful to work with and provided excellent recommendations on what specific pieces to purchase and answered all of my product related questions. She made buying the bedroom furniture a very easy and enjoyable experience! I highly recommend working with Linda.

I recently had a great shopping experience with Dee at Bassett. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. There were so many fabrics to choose from and Dee did a great job helping me narrow down my selections. I normally don't enjoy shopping for big purchases but Dee made it as stress-free as possible.

It's not often that I'm wow'd by retail, but Nicole on the Design team has truly gone above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. Great quality, definitely worth the investment. I cannot recommend Bassett furniture and Nicole enough.

The furniture is too expensive for what you get. Fabrics don’t last. I wish l had purchased from Havertys or City Furniture.

Here is my bench made masterpiece in all its glory.Bassett customer service is doing the bare minimum to say they are doing something without actually doing anything to help me.Each time I call its 24-48 hours for another "Response". If I don't call they assume all is well.Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else, Rooms To Go makes better furniture with better customer care for 1/4 price.

We bought a $3700.00 sleeper sofa with the sales rep. stating to get stains out you just need to use soap and water (certain type of fabric). Well that's not the case. This was the entire reason we bought the sofa. She sold us hard and we bit. Buyer beware of this co and sales team. Warranty for fabric is only 1 year. I will not be buying from Bassett ever again.

We recently made a large purchase from the Jensen Beach location. We looked at new couches for our new home for weeks and weeks and finally decided that Bassett was the high-quality we wanted. But now after spending $8,000, our cushions are already ruined with stains and we cannot even get a call back from Bassett customer service. We also emails them.. We even bought the insurance! Any little thing stains these cushions. Our last couch was Raymor and Flanagan and it never had issues with staining like this one and we still have it now over 16 years.. every cushion on our entire set is ruined and Bassett doesn't even have the decency to call us back to replace our cushions.. 2 months old! $8,000! And the insurance company tried to clean them and made it all worse. We don't even want to return the couch. We are simply asking for all new cushions to be provided to us at no charge immediately and a call back immediately. My wife has tried to call Bassett several times (per our lawyers advice we have documented every attempt to contact them) and handle this in a nice way but Bassett has ignored her multiple times and now our experience with Bassett is extremely poor and regrettable one. Their customer support has been a disgrace and their product has been extremely poor quality. I am hoping they change our mind and experience soon before our lawyer gets involved

I purchased a sectional sofa less than a year ago I have spent the last 3 months trying to get the warranty company out here to replace cushions in a sectional that cost over $4,000 I thought buying from a higher end company I would get better quality

Buyer Beware custom leather furniture is a bad buy I bought a custom leather Love Seat overpriced. I had it 6 months and the motor went I called in the end of February to customer service they sent the worst repair man I ever met in my life who couldn't fix it. He orders a new motor 3 weeks go bye another terrible repair man shows up and says , they meaning Bassett ordered the wrong part. I wait another two weeks I have the correct parts at my house. I have to call Customer Service and now I am still waiting for another repairman to give me an appointment. The leather company tells me three days in a row they are getting me scheduled and they never do. Now I am back to Bassett Customer Service who are suppose to call me in the morning with a date for a repair. I give it one star because I like the quality of the leather but what good is a recliner that doesn't recline?

Love my new furniture. Our chairs came in the wrong color and the manager, Paul made sure we were happy with the final choices. Great store to work with when designing your room.

Just purchased a sectional and chair. Took advantage of the President's Day sale! Yeah, they're expensive but I feel it's not too bad considering all the customization you get and (hopefully) the quality. Linda, their in-house designer, was really great and made sure we covered all the details. Their delivery time is WAY shorter than any other place we checked so let's hope it's accurate.
