Ordered online a pair of sandals that snapped when I tried to put on the clasp, called the 800 number on the receipt, was told to return them to any store and the store would not take the return. Told me I had to go to a specific store in the next city over to return them. How misleading! There was one redeeming quality, which is why there’s two stars instead of one, they waived the shipping cost ($10.99) to send me a replacement pair.

I if you like shopping at thrift shops, and can’t afford to shop at a retail store, this is a great middle ground. Nearly thrift shop, prices, for brand new items.

This store was clean & well stocked. Items were well organized. Why 3 stars? Customer Service, or the lack there of. I went to return an item within their Return Policy and Timeline. The CS Rep said that she could not credit back my purchase to my original credit card, but could give me Store Credit. After the clueless Manager on Duty agreed with the rep, I said fine. It will probably my last purchase at Bealls Outlet. Too bad.
