Leaving one star because I can't leave 0! Every time I come to Jensen Beach BJ's Tire Center there is a problem. It's understaffed and you can never get in same day. Not even for a repair on a flat tire.

Got a new set of Michellin tires and as soon as I left the shop I heard something fall off and some clanking while driving, I checked and the weights had fallen off of my rear tires. I went in for a rebalance. Soon after my TPMS lights went on the dashboard and I went back to get it checked, I was told that the tires where fine and noticed that the tires on the left side were placed backwards, so they corrected that, and told me that the light will go off after driving a few miles. So time has passed and the light is still on, and it turns out one of the sensors was broken. Went in again to get it fixed and explained that the light never went on before taking my car to them and probably was broken during service, so they fixed it but then charged me for fixing something they broke. I definitely won’t be going back, and I suggest potential clients look elsewhere as I’m seeing others have had bad experiences too.

BJ's installed a set of Michelin Defender-2 tires on my Subaru Outback in March 2024.The purchase included road hazard coverage . Accordingly, when I discovered a screw imbedded in the left rear yesterday I contacted them to say that I needed their help in repairing the leaking tire and was on my way. The person who answered said he was there by himself and didn't know when he could get to it. His tone was clearly discouraging me from coming. My view is that BJ's is not committed to the tire business. Compare their service with COSTCO for example.... or Tire Kingdom who welcomed me and cheerfully made the repair without delay. My recommendation is to buy your tires elsewhwre.

This place never answers the phone or returns voicemail. You have to physically drive there to communicate with them. Bring 35 min away makes this a huge inconvenience

I purchased and had Michelin tires installed on my Honda at BJ’s. When it was time to rotate them the second time, they said they couldn’t remove one of the lug nuts. I was to take it elsewhere to have it fixed. They had rotated them with no problem the first time, so if the lug nut was stuck it was due to them over tightening it. The two staff agreed, and said BJ’s would refund the repair bill.
The next day I took my car to the Honda Dealership. They discovered two over tightened lug nuts that had to be sawed off and the broken wheel studs drilled out. In addition they found the wheel bearing was severely twisted and ruined from the over tightening. The Honda service manager contacted Randy, the BJ’s manager to explain the damages. He has videos of the lug nuts spinning, the sawed off lug nuts, broken studs and twisted wheel bearing. Randy’s response was that BJ’s is not responsible for any damage that they do to vehicles. My repair bill is nearly $1000! It’s outrageous that BJ’s treats their customers this way. I will be escalating this to Corporate.

Best service by Jose he took me in after I called earlier to make an appointment but person who answered told me to just come in after 3pm 7/9/24 I asked are you sure he said yes as tomorrow they will only have two people. Jose did not have me in computer nor made aware I was coming in to get tires rotated or a repair. I truly appreciate Jose for taking the time to squeeze me in as I been trying to make appointment to no avail! He repaired my tire and rotated my tires. He deserves great review and honestly one of the nicest people I’ve come across at any BJs. Tire center needs help one or two people cannot run the entire shop. Also adding work load without telling your employees is unacceptable. But I am thankful Jose was kind enough to assist me. Even though he could have sent me away or to make an appointment as I would have understood.

I have to wait 20 minutes to get told they would not install 1 tire only with theirs brand what they do not carry .

Tire service is the worst I've dealt with in my 50 years of driving! One person changing tires, filling propane tanks, answering the phone, imputing customers info and printing out the bill! That is after ordering tires online and on the phone which were canceled twice. Tires finally came in and waited another 5 days for a appointment, but the final price was not what I was quoted- UNBELIEVABLE!

I went for first timeBJ's this week it was interesting , I was willing to shop there , but their policy is if you ask for one day pass they would charge 20 % extra when you check out , I told the customer service this way they going to loose business if they charge extra

Do not, ever, buy something from BJs that requires out of state delivery. I bought an expensive TV as a gift for my son. It arrived two weeks late, after multiple missed delivery appointments, and it was completely shattered in transit. It's been three weeks since BJs said they'd process the return and have the delivery service pick up the broken TV. They've now missed 2 pickup appointments! I bought the TV on my BJs credit card. The bill is due next week, in full. BJs member care says yeah, sorry, but since the TV has not been returned we can't credit your card. The reason it has not been returned is BJs delivery service hasn't picked it up despite multiple appointments. My "member care" associate says she escalated this to her supervisor over a week ago, but can't get supervisor to respond. BJ's is not at ALL like Costco, Home Depot, or Best Buy. Do not confuse them with real stores or national businesses. They're for paper towels and cheap shorts. Things you can pick up and bring back Never big or expensive or complex. Update: 4 weeks in, still no credit!

I have had the best experience possible at BJ's! I purchased a TV from them in 2019 and bought the extended warranty. The TV developed an issue that I believe could not be fixed. I called the extended warranty company and quite frankly fell through the cracks. I sent a message to BJ voicing my displeasure and the front in manager called me an said they would make it right, snd they did! I simply cannot recommend them enough. JC was fantastic and they have an electronics person that actually knows the product, Robert was there to help! 100% top of the list for me!

I renewed my membership online. Turns out BJs never took the fee out of my checking account, so I was told my account was suspended. OK. No problem. I talked with customer service in person and offered to pay the fee then and there. After many consults with 18-year-olds who had no clue, the manager told them to start a new account for me. They couldn't manage that. I'm done after 20+ years of membership. I wrote to their headquarters with no response. Costco is my new store now.

Kasey and Ethan are AMAZING!I pulled in with a flat tire that I didn't realize I had at first. Ethan was first to help me and was very polite and reassuring. Instead of pressuring me to purchase a new tire, he picked my brain about when and where the tires were purchased and if I recalled buying a warranty as there was a lot of tread left on the flat but it was irreparable. ?Ethan came out and assisted with getting the correct size lug nuts on not only the spare they helped to change out, but ALL of my tires.... and took time to explain some things I was genuinely ignorant about (but will be helpful knowledge in the future).Really great guys that are an asset to the BJ's name! If I could give 100 ? stars, I would!
