Please fix the gas pumps so that I can wash my windows while my gas is pumping. The squeegees at the gas pumps also need to be replaced. I noticed in the description of what this location (Jensen Beach) has to offer, there's supposed to be a car wash. I havent seen a car wash here since I moved here in 2021.
The grocery store is nice and saves members $$.

I've been a member of BJ's for many years and now I will only be a member of BJ's and why couple days ago I purchased some water a case of Zephyrhills 8 oz bottles and I must have left it under the wagon if it got to take it didn't realize it till I got home but two days later I had to go back and purchase some other things when I told the manager or at least I asked her did anybody bring in a case of water 2 days ago and she says well you would check with lost and found then she said do you have the receipt I should know she said don't worry about it just go get a case I said really I had no charge she said yes her name I believe is TC or JC I do apologize what a nice thing to do I guess she figured I wouldn't make a story about leaving a case of water and trying to get a free one if that's what you call customer service I do appreciate that and I do commend her for doing that thank you so much please let her know that she has a long time customer that's going to stay loyal to BJ's

Reasonable price for Brand name
Locatelli, pecorino romano for 1 pound package. Only place I know of that sells Cooper sharp cheese. Bakery has a lot to be desired. Pizzelle Anise flavored are good and priced is good at 7.99.

I have been a BJ customer for over 30 years and today I walked into the store with large pull cart two cases Powerade three cases of Gatorade and a few heavy stuff. I went to express check out line like I always did in the past, today I was told that I needed to go to a cashier to check out by rude representative I asked her where is it posted that I have to go to a cashier to check out if you’re not using their regular shopping cart, her response was I have to call the store manager. Now I see why the store was empty all the loyal customers have gone to Costco.

What a waste of my time! They have no idea how to fill an online order. I will cancel my BJs membership because they are stuck in the 1980s before people had cell phones. I will never waste my time at BJs again!

The prices here are just not very good. They are comparable with any other local establishment except you buy more each time. Even the gas is the same as the nearby stations. Wawa across the street is 2.87 the same as BJ’s and the station next to that was 2.86.

Better than Sam's Club, not quite as good as Costco but almost as good. I always like the quality of the different products they carry. I enjoyed the $4.99 rotisserie chickens they have. They have less expensive propane and gas. Seafood is usually a great buy. They are very organized but I wish they would do away with the coupons and just discount the price.

Iya, employee #456078, was outstanding in helping sign up for BJ's membership and also a rewards mastercard! She was friendly and answered all my questions with a smile and greT attitude! I look forward to many rewards and trips to Jensen Beach club.

Just signed up for a membership here. Sunday at 4:30pm, my husband and I went shopping in this calm relaxed atmosphere. It seems like the prices were reasonable. Normally, we would easily spend over $300 at similar stores. We spent $240.
