Wanted to give a nice compliment to employee Cheri. She overheard me talking to my hubby about getting a coupon book and she stopped and showed us how to look up and get those coupons on the app. Very nice to see employees still care about the consumers out there. Kudos to her.

I purchased online, new tires for my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Tires were shipped to store where I made appointment online for installation. Upon completion I found that tires (Cooper Tires) were causing a vibration inside vehicle while traveling above 70 MPH. (Interstate Driving). I called BJ's where I made another appointment to address the issue. After all tires were checked by Tire Department employee (Steve) I found that the tires were riding as I'd anticipated. Smooth and no vibration. Steve indicated that he found some balancing out of specs and felt that the problem would now be gone. He also advised that I had 30 days to return tires for replacement if not pleased. I want BJ's to know that, as a paying customer, that Steve be acknowledged for his attention to my problem and his resolving of this issue. Obviously, if this had been done right the first time I'd have been much happier but very thankful for Steve. I wish he'd done the initial installation, as he seemed very knowledgeable in the correct mounting of tires...which is the business the tire department is in. The correct installation is all I asked for with the cost incurred for these new tires.

They put a membership charge on my Credit card without my Authorization! Normally I renew the next month after it ends and was always with my consent. What if I moved and had NO INTENTION of renewing. Never should a company charge you're credit card without your approval. Now I cannot reach any one on phone. On hold 16 minutes been transferred twice. Still no one answers.

Work for advantage inside bjs for at least 7 months. Working for them was a hassle . I miss Shawn he was really nice to me. I miss Christine an Michelle an Elizabeth and Manny . However Mark the general manager he needs to learn to handle conflicts that happen inside the work place a lil better. My family are members of bjs whole club. That's were we get our bulk foods from. I was loyal to company that didn't care too much for me. Anyhow I found another job! I'm not gone talk bad bout bjs cause I have friends that work there an my whole family shops there. Just Waited to state something I strongly believe Shawn Simpson needs a raise because he's really nice to people no matter who they are an he needs to be recognized! I love an respect you Shawn Simpson you made my work at bjs fun an less stressful by making me smile just saying hi.. an you work so hard you deserve better!
