Got my eyebrows threaded again after a bad experience here 6 months ago. Decided to give them the benefit of the doubt after reading everyone’s bad reviews (I’ve been going to brow arc for the last 4.5 years) & the people did not lie… i normally always tear up when getting threaded & this time I didn’t so I though “wow she has good hands” come to find out she barely did ANYTHING. I had to ask them to come back to finish & even then they still didn’t do anything so I went home & did my own eyebrows. On top of that my eyebrows burned so bad & broke out in hives that I still have a week later.(I never get irritated) Sad to say I’ll never be returning this place has changed tremendously even though it’s the same women working there…

Had a bad experience 4 years ago and decided to try them out again. I’ve been growing my brows out for months because I wanted them fuller. I asked for simple clean up and to keep them as thick as possible and she did not listen at all. My eyebrows are way too thin. I’m so upset. Don’t waste your money they won’t listen to what you want.

For the price, this place is absolutely not worth it. They barely even touched my brows—she had me in the chair for less than a minute and then claimed she was done. No attention to detail, no effort, just a rushed job. I left feeling like I’d wasted my time and money. Don’t go here if you’re expecting quality service or any kind of care. Total disappointment.

Brow Arc has always been my go-to place for brows! The team at the Treasure Coast Mall location is fantastic—friendly, skilled, and super efficient. They always do a great job and make sure I leave happy with clean, perfectly shaped brows. The service is consistent, and the staff truly knows what they’re doing. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for reliable and high-quality brow care!

Have gone there 3 times now, had Smita and Palavi thread by my eye brows and they both did an amazing job. Will continue to come back!

No matter what I tell them , they do it their way . I asked for a simple cleanup not to be shaped or have raised eyebrows. I don't even look like myself anymore. I look like a man because I already had strong cheekbones . They made me look like a man. They raised my eyebrows too high and also made them uneven . I think I'm going to just do them myself from now on . Very nice ladies who work in the shop but they don't listen.

Ugh I wish I could say I love this place. But honestly my last eyebrow threading was a nightmare. I’m missing like half of my eyebrow on my right side. My eyebrows are shaped differently 😭🫣

Terrible for eyebrows. They messed up my wife's eyebrows. Now she always looking at me like Jim Carrey! They won't even fix it.

Long story short, ask for a minimum clean up after growing my eyebrows for 2-3 months specifically ask i want to keep my eyebrows thick, left with extremely thin eyebrows (90s style). disappointing is an understatement.

The service is not good according to the price. The employee ruined the eyebrows and after that instead of being apologetic she was being rude. Pathetic service.

Stay away! They distroyed my 13 year old daughter natural brows. We asked just to clean them but the lady changed the brows shape completely. My daughter was upset ? Do not go there. Read all the negative reviews they have.

Customer service outstanding! Knowing how to wax and arch eyebrows-A BIG NO! I did not leave happy or satisfied! When I looked in the mirror, my eyes watered. I paid and walked so fast to get out!
I moved to PSL three years ago and have yet to find that one person to arch/wax my eyebrows like I once had in the 305/954.
First time customer! Unhappy customer! No, I won’t be back.
