Been going here for years Kathy is great she has a young girl she is training who is amazing good. Her staff of pedicuring is very accurate and my work last two weeks before a touch up.

The worst nail place I have ever experience I paid over 100 with a sizeable tip because I was traveling Internationally within a week my nails started falling off it was like they put it one with elmers glue I put 1 star because I needed to write this I spent 2 1/2 week but all my nails fell off within 2 weeks CALI nails is the worst nail salon ever plz stay away don't waste your money there this happened end of March 2025 plus they were very rude one of the ladies was laughing at my daughter in her language so I asked her why she got mad and pass me on to this young girl that did this awful job its obvious none of them knew what they were doing don't waste your time or money

Go and see Amy at Cali Nails. She’s young, enthusiastic and does a great job with pedicures and in particular builder gel French polish, which takes some patience.
Her English is good and she has a lovely nature, is gentle and very accurate and attentive

I went in to get my nails done this week not only did the woman never speak to me ,other than to ask two questions about my nails,
She watched something on her phone and jabbered with her friends the entire time she did my nails. When I took my credit card out to pay, she figured out how to speak to me she said “you got cash for tip“. I really wanted to remind her that a tip was a thank you for good service not an entitlement. Not only that but station was a mess. I do not recommend them and I will never go back in there again. Hers was a first station to the right as you come in the door.

This is my second time I’ve been here. And they killed it once again!! I only had to call a couple hours before and they got me right in. I didn’t have to wait at all, and I gave her a reference picture and she executed it FLAWLESSLY. I am so very happy, you guys will have a lifetime customer!! Thank you!!

WORST PEDICURE EVER!!! Nails not filed right, Crooked and some were longer than others.
They were also not painted correctly
. It was my first and last time coming here.
They also need younger staff with better eyesight and communication skills

5 stars all the way!! Everytime I receive excellent service and my nails look impeccable.. They also have the spa aesthetic down pat cause when I’m done with my visit I feel so relaxed from being in such a calm environment.. Don’t listen to the bad reviews and take my word - I don’t take time to write reviews unless it’s truly deserved.. Thank you Cali Nails

Had healthy nails done sort of. They ran out of the color I wanted then went to gel on top. Then charged me $50. for a poor job. The gel is on my fingers as well as nails.I generally do my own and they look way better than what was done at Cali nails.
Cleanliness: It was clean inside.

I got a regular manicure and pedicure (no gel) and was so disappointed by the quality. None of my nails are even, and I wasn’t even asked if I wanted round nails or square - she just cut them short without cleaning any of the edges up.
The pedicure she destroyed my cuticles and cut all around my nails - my toe is killing me. Total for both was $50 without gel! I don’t think the price was worth it for the quality. Everyone was very kind overall but I think they could improve on how they paint and cut nails.

I have had many good pedicures but don’t let the male staff do your nails. He grinder my polish off so hard my nails are now severely damaged, peeling and cracking

Was told they did stiletto nails over phone. I wanted a soak off and new set. She didn't want to bother taking off, convinced me she cant do stiletto, and if she did I may not like them. So I got a regular refill. Then went to argue with another woman over her toes. At the end when I went to pay, I said thank you even though I really wanted stilettos. She then said I know it takes to long. I feel as if the staff there doesn't listen, and tries to take the quick easy way out. Also no color selection. I won't be back. Don't waste your time either.

I had a manicure done and it was the worst manicure I have ever had. I asked for an oval shape and I got square (there was no language misunderstanding as she repeated it back in English). She barely pushed back the cuticles, and on some she just went through the motion. The hand massage was less than 10 seconds on each hand. I have bubbles in my polish finish. Won't go there again.
