After issues with getting the gel off I should’ve known the polish would be horrible. Someone else stepped in to finish removing the polish after she took a chunk out of my pinky nail with the drill. It was as if the tech didn’t know what she was doing with it.
The new polish is not only messy but chunky all over.

An hour and 5 minutes went by ,I saw 6 people go straight in just because they where doing a mani pedi
Their interest is to make more money obviously. I have been coming here 2 years and this was a huge disappointment. JUST SAY MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WE ARE TOO BUSY BUT DONT GIVE A TIME AND ASK ME YOU WANT A PEDI AS WELL? when I said he walked away and that was it I understood. Never coming back here.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. To start off the guy in the front desk is not nice and friendly at all. I’m a stay at home mom so I rarely treat my self. The one time I do I’m highly unsatisfied and upset about it. I felt like it was so rushed. For the price they which I paid 40 something for a pedicure. Which was rushed she barley scrubbed my feet and massaged it. It so disheartening I was in and out in like 30 minutes. I didn’t feel relaxed at all. They need to do better my French tip didn’t look like it should. She fixed it twice and I just gave up after that. Go the one by Jc Penny. I’m still kicking myself i usually go their but I decided to switch it up.

I just moved down here recently and saw Sandy had amazing reviews and decided to book an appointment. She was absolutely amazing! She saw my inspo picture and made it a reality, 10/10 recommend this salon!

#1 The guy at the front desk always have something smart to say. He can't ever answer a question without a smart response right behind it. He gets on my nerve. #2 no need to set an appointment if you still got to wait so long for your appointment(always). #3 I won't be going back. I've had so many bad experiences here but like a fool I kept going back because I liked the way they did my nails but....No more!

If I could give a zero star I would these ppl suck it’s never nobody in there now I no why! I’m a license cosmetologist the health department needs to be called more mold and fungus then a lil bit the nail techs are uneducated and door poor quality work I’m calling the state

I came to this place because it was the only one open late. BIG mistake!!! This place is a red flag for infection, yes fungal infections. If you value your nail health and don't want fungus on your nails, avoid this place at all costs. I left without doing my nails at all and only let them finish removing my powder, which they didn't do properly. She kept filing like she was nuts when you could just soak, period. The girl that they gave me did not clean anything at all at her table. Her table was DISGUSTING. I even uploaded a photo. My nails were the brown nails. Everything else was other people's nails and nail dust inside of the red lining in my photo. I had to ask her to clean the area because even the black mat where you rest your hands was greasy and disgusting. I should have read the last bad review before going here because it's true they are dirty. They don't care either. I told the girl and some guy that was at the front desk, and they just said ok and continued like I didn't say anything or didn't understand English. YUCK, I will never step foot in here again.
