I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Dick’s Sporting Goods location. I went in needing assistance with a knee brace and sports bras, and finding help was nearly impossible. When I finally located a female employee, she was clearly more interested in gossiping with her coworker than doing her job.
She told her coworker to “hold on,” then pointed across the store and said, “Yeah, we have knee braces over there” before immediately turning her attention back to their conversation. No offer to walk me to the aisle, no real help at all—just a dismissive gesture and back to chatting.
Trying to get someone to open the fitting room was a hassle, and after that, there was zero follow-up or support. I felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer.
This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I will absolutely not be returning to this location.
It was the Jensen Beach location! Sunday and 3:15pm! HELPFUL HINT….TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!
My recommendation DO NOT GO HERE

Was completely out of chin straps and when I asked someone where I could find some they said all I know is it would be by the football stuff..

I just got out of Dicks Sporting Goods at Jensen Beach. I buy there often but the manager today was unprofessional and rude. The shoes were on sale and he made it sound like we were lying. It was extremely disappointing.

Came here for a few things not too long ago and had a great experience thanks to the footwear section. Thomas is incredible. He was so helpful and fast at finding the right shoes for me, I was blown away by his work ethic and timing! Super friendly, best experience here out of all the stores nearby. Give that man a raise and a half!

awful checkout experience with a cashier named Walter. He was rude and impatient, barely acknowledging me while scanning my items. When I asked about a price discrepancy, Walter gave a curt, unhelpful response and dismissed my concern without checking. His attitude made the interaction uncomfortable and the long wait at his register made the situation worse
The store was already disorganized, but Walter’s poor customer service as a cashier was the worst part. I won’t return and recommend shopping elsewhere.

Went to this location today to look around and was made very uncomfortable by an associate. He followed people around outside the doors talking about the story of Jesus and also continued to follow people inside telling them Jesus loves them etc. I understand freedom of speech, but this associate followed and would not leave people alone about the story of Jesus. I think there should be a time and place for this conversation, but NOT at work and NOT to strangers coming into a store to buy your products. Not sure I’ll be back again.

Terrible customer service at this location. Trying to return something with a receipt but don’t have a box, how are you not gonna be able to resell something that you can put in a shelf, terrible service

I asked them if I would be able to return the shoes even if I have the other shoes coming in and if it would be a problem. I was told yes and when I brought them in they told me no. I would have never got the shoes if I knew I wouldn’t be able to bring them back in time for the other ones. I just feel misinformed. So now I have 2 cleats and can’t do anything with the other one a waste of money. I would have never got them if that was the case.

The store is a dump. If you’re looking for Stanley cups they never have any nor do they have any of the new ones.
