Everyone is always SO nice! The store is always clean and well stocked. Times are tough financially and Dollar General makes it a little easier to buy the stuff we need!

Okay, it's not the dollar store where everything is a dollar but you know even the dollar store isn't the place where everything is a dollar anymore! I like being able to run in there and pick up an assortment of things much faster than I can run into Target or Walmart and do the same and it's also cheaper. I always find the people who work there to be very friendly and helpful. It's easy to park and easy to get in and out in and out to the road again.

It's a great inexpensive and convenience store in downtown Jensen Beach to buy your paper products and some canned goods and also other miscellaneous items.

Apparently management or store owners don't read reviews if they had they would realize that there was a problem with their manager Nichole who is beyond rude has no class disrespects everyone including her employees no matter who is around. I witnessed this today and it's disgraceful.

I must say I was greeted with a smile by both Alyson & Nicole. They both were able to assist me with purchasing service products at the store
The the store was clean with high quality products for affordable prices.
I would definitely recommend shopping at the Family Dollar store in Jensen Beach, Fl

Do not go this this Family Dollar unless they change staffing. They are very rude. I went into the store and asked if they had a store ad and they just kinda brushed me off and said the ads they had was out, it was just one for cell phone service. So asked if they had soda on sale, again no help! All I was told was to check in isle I believe 25 and there would be signs if they were on sale. So I went into the soda isle and found the soda that had a sign with a sale price and then had a price listed with a smart coupon. I did not have a smart coupon but thought I would still get the sale price (3 for $15, with the smart coupon it would have been 3 for $13). I had bought some other items while I was there, we were on vacation and needed a few things. When I look at my receipt I noticed I was charged $7.98 a 12 pack. I went back in and showed my receipt and they looked confused and went back to check while she had the store manager on the phone. I was told very hateful I could not get the sale price because it was a smart coupon and I tried to explain that there are 2 prices one that is the sale and one with the smart coupon and they did not want to hear it! So I said when then I just return them and she did not like that at all and proceeded to be even more rude. I wish I had got her name but I was so upset by this time. I could not believe how I was being treated, I have never been treat that way at our Family Dollar here where we live. If they had explain to me in a way that was pleasant and not hateful or rude I would have took my soda and went on my way. As I was leaving I was told not to come back and I did not and will never step in that sore again while down there even though it is closed to where we stay. I have made sure that all our family that is down there frequently knows to not go in there.

Nicole, who says she’s the general manager is enough To make anyone not go there again. She is the most classless Customer Service rep I have ever dealt with. Last week we went one evening to grab some floor cleaner and it was close to closing time and I was well aware of that. It was about 953 and they close at 10 but I knew I only had to grab cleaner so I quickly put in and she was standing at the door, smoking a cigarette while blowing the smoke into the store. She looked at me As she puffed her cigarette me and told me Threatening before she shut down her register. I looked at my phone and showed it to her that it was only 1053. She did not like someone questioning her authority apparently and stormed behind me over to the Io where the cleaner was and told me to get out of the store. I looked at her confused and grab the cleaner and walked to the counter. She grabbed my cleaner forcefully and stuck it under the counter and told me to leave before she called the cops for me trespassing. She told me they were closed and she was not selling me anything. she then proceeded to make gestures as if she was a man telling me to do something to her and spouting off things. I can’t even repeat. I hope they have cameras there, but every time I try to go to speak to someone about it, she is there. I’ve tried calling, but she intercepts the phone calls and then she calls me back, threatening to call the cops again lol. That night she put Filed trespass against me with the police that she called that I graciously waited for to explain to them what it happened. They were beside themselves as well, but she was apparently allowed to do so. They told me to go back and just speak with the general manager about it and tell them what happened and tell them to review the cameras. She seems to be working there whenever I can. I stopped in there yesterday, and as soon as I walked in, she aggressively chased me down to the And asked me if I had a sister and what my name was. She then told me to get out of the store. She was calling the police. I have never dealt with someone like her in my life. she would not give me any information about the corporate number or anything, and so I called the Jensen Beach store and the Port St. Lucie store and before I even told them what happened, they knew exactly who I was talking about. Apparently, she is a repeat offender with these classless situation. I will never go back to that store again. Nicole should never be working and I have never gone and made a review, but this one absolutely required it. And I hope that somehow management sees us since she is preventing me from speaking to them. She apparently is management, but come to find out she is not the general manager. But she says she is.

This store is not nice anymore. They treat you terribly. I was yelled at for a tiny backpack purse because of some backpack rule that I didn't know about because I don't steal. This woman actually insinuated I could fit something in my bag, She didn't care I may have lost belongings it was what was is my tiny coach bag. My wallet my cash. I find a Christmas advent calendar and ask how much it's on sale because its way out of season. This clerk had to odacity to tell me a Christmas advent calendar toy was not Christmas and there would be full price charged. First I have cash and was accused of somehow fitting something into my jan packed tiny backpack purse then I was accused of placing a tag on a clearance item. I don't need a deal so bad I am going to touch stickers. I am absolutely disgusted with how I was treated. I will not be shopping at Family Dollar due to poor customer service and management. Absolutely rude behavior when I have plenty of cash. Enjoy selling your old Christmas items at full price. Just after the holidays. Not Christmas but has a Christmas tree and snowman on the box. Worst customer service imaginable. No more never again

DO Not Shop if NICHOLE Is Working!!!She Verbally Abused Me By using profanity chasing me out of the store continually swearing! In my face threatening me, and then she had to go get another associate and she was taking pictures when I got my video out she wanted to turn around and run in the store. Do not shop here. She is the rudest person I have ever met. Nichole is VERY proud of it.! !I will be contacting the store owners, and she can find another job where she has no, absolutely no human contact!

Shopped at 3:15 p.m. today. Loud blonde woman was the cashier. Long lines. She could not stop talking…loud. Woman next to me asked what I thought she was “on”. When I reached the cashier she asked me if there was something wrong with me. I did not answer as she was so loud and manic. I was asked if there was something wrong with my face. Asked 3 more times if there was something wrong with me. It was all I could do to not engage verbally. Once out of the store, I was approached by another shopper who was in line letting me know how shocked she was and she expressed feeling guilty for not speaking up. This employee represents your store and should be released from employment. I think she was “high”. Normally shopping there is a positive experience. I’ve never seen her before.

The CLEANEST family dollar store that I have EVER been at and on top of that the employees are outstanding and really helpful. Kristen welcomed me in and helped me find everything that I needed. Nicole is always making me laugh when I am in the store. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!

Very rude employees I won't come back ever I had asked the cashier if she gave me everything she said yes and she didn't when I went back in I told her I still have more stuff she gave me another bag I told her I had asked u if u gave me everything she became very hostile started yelling took a photo of me told me not to return very unacceptable behavior I should've called police but I was in a hurry. Take responsibility for ur actions corporate should get rid of her

Was chased out of the store and chased to my vehicle while being cursed at by your “manager” Nicole Blount all because I used Apple Pay which I’ve done hundreds of times before at the same exact store. When I told her this she got loud and screamed “you don’t have to come back” and I said that’s fine I won’t and that’s when she proceeded to follow me out of the door all the way to my vehicle all while screaming at me. Police report is filed and I will be pressing charges for harassment. I was peacefully walking away there was no need to continue screaming at me or to follow me to my vehicle. I will make sure everyone in Jensen beach knows that this is how Family Dollar treats it’s customers especially since now I see in other google reviews that I am not the only one that she has physically chased and harassed by Nicole.
