From out of town. Needed copies. Had my own issues w copier (not the machinery's fault). Mike the Manager stepped in for my little bitty unimportant job, guided me through, made sure I had a plastic sleeve to protect my documents from the rain. Can't say enough about the kindness and courtesy. Go here!!!
