While they were unable to fix my issue (an update from the dealership is needed), they were great with communication and got me in and out quickly after looking over my car!

Matthew was very helpful. He told me what was needed to fix the car. He was able to get parts timely and helped me over parts I needed that Firestone and its suppliers couldn't get due to the age of my car and parts no longer being available. The car was fixed quickly and the communication was excellent.
