It was a pretty simple pickup for the Air Jordan 3 Retro ‘Black Cement’. I walked in and walked out with my pair in a matter of minutes. I appreciate the staff making it seamless.
The only thing I had a problem with was … I called a few days before to confirm they were receiving the sneaker and a young lady told me that they would be open at 11am instead of 10am. I told her that it said that they open at 10am on Saturdays, but she insisted that it was 11am. I got there around 10:30am and they were open and had sold majority of the pairs already. Luckily they had one size 13 left and I was able to snag it. But certainly I was given inaccurate information.

Was here this afternoon (Saturday 8/31 around 5:30pm) trying on shoes and we had the best saleswoman. I wish I had gotten her name. She was a beautiful black woman with long braids and she was so kind and helpful. She helped me figure out my size since adidas run weird. If you are her manager and you see this, please thank her. We are from Vero which is an hour away and would drive down here again just to work with her! I hope she sees this!
