I went to Lotus' gun range. Somehow I got a squib round stuck in my rifle. I went home and tried everything to get it out. I tried a wooden and steel dowel, it would not come out. I called their friendly staff at Lotus they advised that I call again when I get there and they would meet me outside. They took my rifle, got the squib round out and the wooden and steel dowel at NO CHARGE to me! They literally wanted nothing! Thanks Lotus. I am a lifetime customer. Please see attached photo.

My husband and I needed a refresher so we took another concealed weapons class at Lotus, with instructor Rodney. Wow, this is the BEST concealed carry class either one of us has ever taken!! Rodney is a wealth of knowledge on firearms and gun laws. Whether your first time or a refresher, this is a great class! :)

Used to be a great place to shoot. Scott & fred range officers are awesome! But clearly there has been a change of ownership. Big lack of care for customers time & service at the range desk. new staff acts pretentious & ego driven almost treating people walking in as if they are beneath them. Big thumbs down to 10 employees standing around while 2 incompetent chicks at the desk drag their feet rudely trying to check everyone in.Best of luck to the new owners hopefully they keep a closer eye vetting who they think is best suited for dealing with people's time & energy.

This was my first time visiting the store and well, it was a mixed bag of an experience. When we first walked in there was a really fat young guy right at the counter that made eye contact with us then snubbed us, no hello, nothing, bit rude(had an RSO shirt on). Moving on we were greeted by a young guy, very friendly and fairly knowledgeable about a particular firearm I inquired about. Then we were assisted by an older gentleman who was also very friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up picking out an accessory and asked another guy if I could open it to see if it came with the mounting hardware since it didn't state that on the box. He was also helpful and friendly.When I approached the counter to check out I was greeted by a tall old white haired guy that sounded disgruntled and mumbled something completely unintelligible. I said I just want to purchase this, he ran my card, handed me my receipt, marble mouth mumbled something else and just walked away, no thank you or anything.So in conclusion it was a weird start and end to my visit. If those two staff members had a decent demeanor it would've been 5 stars.

Well being I've got to experience Lotus Gun Works for a number of years and it's always been very accountable, today I had a problem with one of my guns jamming and I didn't know what to do so I went out to this guy and he kind of got a little pissed off at me that I brought my gun out of the range and he said I just saw a range master so we went back in but I was upstairs and didn't know that the Range Masters were downstairs but I had my gun in the Box, the problem was it was a bullet that was jammed in it or at least the casing was and so we went in and he took it apart and then said they need to ham or something and got another arrange Master now this girl was badass I think she was ex-military but she was able to put the gun back together and to Brute Force unjam it remove the case then she took it all apart checked it out put it back together again like it was nothing she was badass and she said to the guy look I know you already tried this but let me try this and she was very impressive, being I am military even I was impressed by her skills anyways I really had a good time and I always go there with my daughter when she flies in from California and we have fun, I can go on and on but go there for yourself and have fun for yourself

Visited for the first time on 3/16/2024. Excellent experience. The sales rep, Craig, was stellar. Smart, knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely return in the future to fill my wish list.

Phenomenal Experience With the Entire Family. Definitely A must Visit If Your In Florida. The staff's Extremely Friendly and Knowledgeable. The Instructors In the Range Are Incredibly Helpful and Friendly. They Showed My Brother and I Better Grips and How To Properly Handle All the Guns We Rented. Next Time I'm Back In Florida I Will Be their More. 10/10 Experience. Thank You All For Giving Us A Family Experience that We Will Never Forget. Much Love From New York. We Loved Everything About It. Clean, Friendly, Helpful and Very Respectful and Knowledgeable. Definitely A Must Visit If Your In Florida.
