“I went to Lotus' gun range. Somehow I got a squib round stuck in my rifle. I went home and tried everything to get it out. I tried a wooden and steel dowel, it would not come out. I called their friendly staff at Lotus they advised that I call again when I get there and they would meet me outside. They took my rifle, got the squib round out and the wooden and steel dowel at NO CHARGE to me! They literally wanted nothing! Thanks Lotus. I am a lifetime customer. Please see attached photo.”
