I normally LOVE this hollister. It's well maintained. The people are kind...except today. Please educate your staff on invisible disabilities and to treat disabled customers with the same kindness as other customers. When opening the disabled stall they seemed annoyed and didn't even ask me to let them know if I needed anything and the whole interaction felt cold and the employee opened the curtain for me then whipped away from me saying nothing. Meanwhile right after that, they opened a dressing room for another customer and were warm to them while offering additional services. Prior to that and before it was known I was disabled, the interactions were warm and I was welcomed into the store and kindly asked if I needed a dressing room.
