“I recently stopped by the Lowe’s on NW Federal Highway in Jensen Beach to find a replacement screw for the handle on our gas grill, and I just have to say how impressed I was with the customer service.
Two associates went above and beyond to help me. One (I believe his name was Don) actually grabbed a screwdriver and removed the exact screw I needed from a floor display grill so we could identify it. Another associate from the hardware department helped me figure out the correct diameter, length, and thread.
Even though they didn’t have the specific screw in stock, they both took the time to really help me problem-solve, and I truly appreciated the effort.
Also, shout out to the associate who helped me at checkout—she was so pleasant and kind. We chatted briefly, and she shared that her two sons are currently serving in the military. Blessings to her and her family.

The owner did measurements on all my glazed openings. I had about 15 Accordion & panel shutters installed in total. (only 1 door needed panels. The rest were shutters.
They have all worked perfectly through the years . I recently had a wind mitigation done for my roof and inspector said without paperwork (i dont know where it is anymore), or stickers on the shutters, i will lose my hurricane wind protection credits.
I contacted John, the owner, and in just a few hours he provided me with the documentation necessary to NOT lose my credits , saving me over $5000 in homeowners insurance.
There may be companies out there like this, but i have not come across one this good in my 58 years.
