My daughter loves Journeys for most of her shoes. She especially loves their Doc Martin's. We just wish they had a few other color selections for children to choose from. They have a very large selection of shoes, otherwise.The store is always bright, clean, and the employees greet you as soon as you walk in. They're very friendly, helpful, and extremely patient with my selective daughter. If you're needing new pair of shoes for your children, I highly recommend checking them out.

We received outstanding service today while shoe shopping for my twins and my nephew and I just had to share. We were in the store today (1/1/21 @4:00/4:15pm) and I do know remember her name but she had beautiful pink purple blue hair and I believe she said that she had 5 kids (I could be wrong on the amount).Anyway, she sizes my twins and took her time with us and was so pleasant and we just have not received this amazing service in a long time! She was wonderful to talk to and was so patient with my kids. We ended up getting them their first pairs of vans and they love them!I just wanted to say thank you to her and give her a shoutout on here! We were blown away with the exceptional service we received! Thank you so much!

Went to Kids Journeys after an unpleasant experience with Foot Locker. The lady there was very sweet to my child and went beyond expectations. She sat down with my son and helped find the right fit in the hey dude wallys. Very pleasant experience and all around happy customer!

Terrible experience with an employee, they were rude, condescending and very unprofessional. Choosing any other shoe store would be better than risking it by going here.

They are so nice to my daughter, when they first opened they gave out stickers and balloons she still thinks they do so she goes in they always give her stickers so sweet
