My daughter and I went this weekend looking for shoes at the last minute. We did find some nice shoes. Both employees were very helpful and personable. One of them was so kind even helped my daughter tie her shoes. I'm so happy to have found this place today. Thanks for your help keep up the good work!

I had the worst customer service ever going into this store the worker there reya wouldn't even help me out and when I had questions about my shoe she walked away and acted ad if she didn't hear me one of the worst experiences I have ever had at any store in this mall definitely will not be going back to that store even if they paid me to shop there and that young lady needs to learn customer service skills

Went to return some shoes that I received for Christmas. I handed the shoes over with the original receipt and a gift receipt. I was told I could only get store credit with just the gift receipt. I asked why since I handed over the original receipt over first. The associate rudely commented that it was policy. I shop here a lot and was so disgusted on how I was treated.

I really enjoyed my visit. The people working at Journeys were soooo helpful. Evan was a total sweet heart. If anyone ever wants to feel the need to say thank you every 5 or so seconds please don't hesitate to visit.
