“This is not really a "Dry Cleaner" operation. Its just a delivery & pick-up storefront to be sent out TO A DRY CLEANER. As a result, "special instructions" re: stains are ignored and people do not know what was done. You really need to go to a place where the project is done "in-house". UPDATE: Per the below response from the owner "Brent" and a subsequent meeting with the Dry Cleaning Manager "Debbie" at their real store & plant in Stuart, FL it was apparent that their other location never took notes or informed the people doing the work that I had a special request. They offered to inspect the product and try to take necessary steps to get the stains out at no charge. Although they were not very successful in their attempt, the product is better than when I first got it back and their professionalism and concern was "Top Shelf". All is well now and I will use the place in Stuart for all my dry cleaning in the future. Thank you!”
