I don’t usually write reviews, but after my visit to E-Z Nails with Henry Huynh, I feel a moral obligation to warn others before they, too, become victims of cuticle carnage.
Let’s start with the name—E-Z Nails. A lie. There was nothing easy, breezy, or beautiful about this place unless your beauty standard is “glue stick dipped in glitter.” I walked in hoping for a relaxing mani-pedi, and left looking like I fought a raccoon with nail polish and lost.
Now, Henry Huynh. Oh, Henry. A man of few words, none of which were “Oops” or “Let me fix that.” I showed him a picture of a simple French manicure. He nodded confidently, then proceeded to freestyle like a DJ scratching vinyl—with a nail drill. My nail tips were less “French elegance” and more “DIY disaster.” One hand was squared, the other almond, and my thumb looked like it had gone through an identity crisis.
During the filing process, I’m 90% sure Henry was trying to uncover fossils in my nail beds. I flinched so hard I knocked over the drying lamp, which somehow he blamed me for. (To be fair, I did flinch when he accidentally stabbed my cuticle like he was auditioning for a slasher film.)
Polish application? Picture a toddler with a bottle of ketchup. He layered on five thick coats of neon orange (which I never asked for), and then waved a fan at my hands like it would undo everything we had both just suffered.
When I asked politely if he could remove the color and start over, he sighed like I had asked him to rewrite the Constitution. Then he whispered something under his breath that I’m pretty sure wasn’t “customer satisfaction is our priority.”
Oh, and just to add insult to injury: He charged me for gel removal even though I came in with bare nails.
In conclusion: If you like uneven shapes, mystery charges, and the lingering fear of infection, Henry at E-Z Nails is your guy. But if you value your hands, time, dignity, or general happiness—run. Don’t walk. RUN.

My bridal party and I had our nails done by Kim and Henry. I have been a customer for the last 4 years. They are professional, reasonable and their salon is clean. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My daughter went in for a manicure which took them all of 10 minutes. They were rude to her and obviously didn't take the time to care for her cuticles nor did they put a top coat on her polish. When she questioned them, the lady said you're done and walked away. I had been going for my toes but I will NOT be going back.

If you are a regular you're treated well....if you are sporadic.....not so much. Had a pedicure...big toe nails look like they belong to 2 different people....this was the owner....his wife did the same thing twice before...must run in the family. Will not be going back..

I walked in and spoke, three employees looked up at me and said nothing. So I then looked at the polish colors for a couple of minutes, still no acknowledgment. Just walked out. A simple Hi or we will be right with you goes along way. No customer service skills

If you don't mind kids interacting with their mother who is obviously the owner of the salon, this is the place for you. It is constant every time you visit. Very distracting and not relaxing. No organization and just average on workmanship on nails and pedicure. Prices are right up there with better salons. Not friendly with clients. I will never go back.

Owner of shop did my nails, she is super friendly, and has been in business almost 20 years, relocating business to Fl about a year ago. I noticed there were some bad reviews, but they’re all from before she bought it and about the previous owners. She was very patient and knowledgeable as I searched for the perfect shade and style. I highly recommend! Great quality, great service.Services: Pedicure
