Just when I was ready to break the bank on a washer and dryer, Lowe’s financed a Samsung set to me. No interest for the first year. The dryer was dented when it arrived and they quickly sent a new one. No hassles

Love to go there to see what's new. A great place to go when looking for ideas and inspiration.
Jake, over in plumbing, was amazing. It's great when someone is seriously trying to help.

Okay, I wasn't a big fan until I shopped around for quality appliances. Lowes has all the household appliances at great prices. Really great service and delivery. Veterans get 10% discounts. Go to customer service before any purchase and get registered. Excellent service and fair prices. Very helpful employees. Huge selection for any project.

Just pulled into Lowe’s here in Jensen Beach and I saw this in a spot reserved for veterans. It stopped me in my tracks. Thank Lowe’s, you almost brought a tear to an old Marine’s eye.❤️❤️🫡🫡🇺🇸🇺🇸

This is one of my favorite locations: the people are always so nice & knowledgeable about their service area. I got help from Roger in Lawn mower dept when I first relocated to PSL & I’ve always remembered how helpful he was which is why I return to Lowe’s with every new project. Recently the manager (Vince maybe?) was so helpful in getting me the specific items for my latest DIY. He even took me to the register to help at checkout which I know is below his pay scale. I could tell that he isn’t a “that’s not my job” type of guy & that goes a long way when you get good customer service like that. I had to take time to say thanks!

This is one of the reason Hone Depot is always my first choice. Bought a door handle on April 30 & it malfunctioned. Went through the trouble to bring it back with receipt July 30th & the manager said there is nothing they can do. No replacement, no refund, no store credit. Don’t shop here, CS is terrible.

I I waited over a year for a resolution to cabinets received during covid that were 75% damaged and I was just forgotten.. I am a renovation company that would use Lowe's for many materials including cabinets but I will not ever again. Spent 13 Grand and all I received were some extra doors to put on damaged cabinets that had more damage than just the doors. Went into the store a few times and finally was promised a reimbursement animated the email I was supposed to receive and I reached out numerous times and was ignored.

I think the people running lowes are mentally ill . The left hand dose not know what the right hand is doing .I waited 45 min for help and when I did get help the guy went in the back to get carpet because the roll was empty and never came back. I went to customer service and told them I can't wait any longer please cut it and I will pick it up in the morning when I called the next day they had know idea what I was talking about . This store had 2 customers in the entire store . NEVER AGAIN !!!!!

I set up 4 rentals about 4 years ago. Bought a ton of stuff, appliances, faucets, doors, paint, etc from Jensen Beach Lowes. Doing 4 houses, bought a dozen 5 gal buckets of paint, all Valspar Duramax and Signature. Was told can get tinted later, so have been getting tint as I needed. Down to last 4. Took a bucket to Lowes Jensen beach, told it was too old. After discussion with manager, they tinted but would not mix - thats OK, can mix myself. Took the last buckets due to this pushback that I had not had before. They refused to tint. Paint manager said needed receipt. Spoke to customer service and asst store manager, all said need receipt. Could not find receipt but found bank statement for date I had purchased. Called pro-desk, gave date and name of person who handled the transaction, pro-desk said they could find receipt - THEN PAINT MANAGER BLOCKED THEM FROM LOOKING FOR RECEIPT, SAID HE IS JUST NOT GOING TO TINT THE PAINT. The paint would currently cost around $700 and would be useless without the tint. For a few dollars cost of tint, they rendered $700 worth of paint useless. Has Lowes hit rock bottom yet???????
