Macy's at Rogue Valley Mall is a clean, spacious, and welcoming department store with a wide variety of beautiful products and plenty of merchandise. It offers a first class selection of top fashion brands, clothing, shoes, housewares, gifts, and furniture, often with reasonable prices and amazing jewelry deals. The staff is absolutely amazing and very helpful, with sales associates who go out of their way to assist customers. While the store can sometimes have few employees, it remains a favorite location where customers enjoy shopping and plan on returning.
They have a well kept golf course. The staff is friendly, and golfing there is always a good experience. After a round of golf I generally have a drink in the resturant with other players and talk about our game.

Great deals on designer clothes. However I wasn’t given the discount promised when I signed up for a credit card. I called the company and they applied it.

Today, I went to return a pair of shoes that were third-party items and Laura was extremely kind and attentive. She handled the entire process very quickly and efficiently, making the experience smooth and pleasant from start to finish.
