Took my mother, my sister, and my niece for pedicures and manicures. The pedicures were rushed (maybe about 20 min total). I still attempted to tip but you cannot tip on a card. They require Zelle or cash. I told them I had neither and before I could ask where the ATM was, I got an attitude from the girl checking me out. She said just pay this and walked away mad. The manicures were both not done well and I realized when we got home, I was overcharged.

I rarely leave reviews, but I had the most amazing pedicure from David! He was thorough and spent a good 45 minutes. Ended with a greet massage too.

I visited this salon on Saturday May 10 to get a manicure within less than 2 days my polish was chipping off will differently not be a returning customer or a satisfied customer

unprofessional, the tech rushed my nails, the oval shape was a hack job, when i ask if they could fix it to just a simple square they said no LOL . Couldn’t do a simple french tip with flowers design so i chose a plain color. The tech knew i wasn’t happy with the way they looked and she didn’t care. who’s running this place ? It looks dirty and how come you have to zelle a tip or leave cash? why not just on card? seems shady.

The first time I came to this salon, I had a great experience. I was seated with Jenny, and she did my nails quickly while still making them look amazing. Because of that, I decided to come back.
However, my second visit was disappointing. I was seated at table #4, and the technician was on her phone the entire time, talking to someone. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable. My nails turned out okay, but not as good as they should have been.
I’ve been to both this salon and the other one inside the mall, and I have to say 100% the other salon is better. I tried to give this place a chance, but next time, I’ll be going to the other one unless I can book with Jenny.

This place SUCKS! My nails didn’t last more than a week with a fresh set! Save your money and time and go somewhere else, ANYWHERE ELSE.

My sisters wedding is Saturday and I just wanted a basic French tip and I ended up paying for nails that were not even done correctly. I work so hard throughout the week to pamper and get nice results and had to go somewhere else for them to fix them. Cuticles were painted over with clear , the acrylic was so thick under my nails that even my husband was like what the hell…

I’m not one to typically write reviews, but after this experience, I feel compelled to share just how frustrating it was. If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. The guy at the front desk was nice and welcoming, and while the wait time was about 30 minutes, I didn’t mind. However, when it was finally time for my pedicure, the lady assigned to assist me seemed friendly enough. She ran my water and confirmed that I wanted a French pedicure with white tips and tips on my big toes.
A few minutes later, three new customers walked in, and instead of continuing with my pedicure, she started working on one of them. I sat there silently, hoping it would be resolved, but after 30 minutes of my feet sitting in cold water, becoming soggy and uncomfortable, I had enough. I politely asked them to turn off the water, as no one had even come to check on me during that entire time.
Three employees then began speaking in their language, and one of them finally came over to turn off the water. Not once did anyone apologize, acknowledge the wait, or offer any solution to the situation. At this point, I was so frustrated that I ended up leaving without my pedicure. The lack of professionalism and respect for my time was appalling. I am beyond disappointed, and I will never return to this salon again

Never going back. Nail tech forcefully ripped off my ingrown nail on my big toe, to the point where I was bleeding and in pain. Not just that! I went back to remove my acrylics. They shaved off the powder to the point where my nail got very thin and started hurting. It was a nightmare! Don’t recommend this place at all!!

The worst pedicure I have ever had! I am beyond disappointed. The lady cut not just my big toenails but some of the other toes on the sides of the nails so the toenail comes to a weird shape and then the polish looks like it was applied by someone in kindergarten.

I tried to get one nails fixed at this salon. As soon as I walked and asked for a one nail repair, the lady started speaking another languages to the rest of the staff and refused to repair my nail. She said it was too late in the day because they were closing soon but there was still 45 minutes left before they closed. The lady was very rude, unhelpful and dismissive. I would not recommend this salon.

I was checked into automatically, accepting a nail design. I never asked for then. I was charged triple for something. I didn't even request today. I have nowhere else to go in PSL because well yeah, nail TECHS are not what they used to be, but I am very upset and I feel stupid for even letting it happen. She just told me, yeah, we're gonna do this.And I thought she was doing it for free, stupid me. Please don't just add nail design. Even when it is not asked or requested from anybody.
